+ 0 moreWe can trust him to watch our children. He is very honest and considerate of our home. He cleans up and he doesn’t leave a mess. If he says he will do it on Monday, he is there on Monday. He is very eager to please us. He will always give us a quote, and he will stick with his price.
Description of Work: Nick Lialios patched some drywall that had some water damage for us. We have used him for lots of things. He also does carpentry work and he can build cabinets.

+ 4 moreI call him whenever I have a project. He is a carpenter by trade. He is very thorough. He is easy to get along with and very trustworthy. He made the deck better than it was and he did a very good job. He is extremely fair and meticulous. I've recommended him to friends and I've never heard of anyone that is unhappy with his work.
Description of Work: I used Nick Lialios to do various repair jobs and carpentry. He has also done painting. He repaired our deck, which was in bad shape. The last time he was here he did several jobs. He repaired a ceiling and painted it. He repaired the taping of the drywall because there was some water damage so it was an extensive job.
