 + -1 moreTheir website claims "100% Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee." It's a lie. In 2018 I moved to my new home and this company came out and re-keyed my doors. Almost a year later the locks do not work. You can lock the door from the inside (or outside with a key), but if you push the knob in and turn, the door unlocks. Mind you, the doors that needed to be re-keyed are my two main doors. I called and 1) they no longer service the area so, 2) would not send anyone out to fix it nor refund me. They said it was past their "warranty date" so there was nothing they can do. I requested the call be escalated and the man connected me with his manager. The manager also refused to help me. Thanks for taking my money.
