Very good experience. Roger took time to match existing brick color as closely as possible. He was on time and kept in touch by phone during all phases of the project.

Roger Essex was a joy to work with. He's professional, prompt, polite and very, very helpful. When I wanted some engraving on one of the stones, Roger suggested a firm that did engraving. When their cost was high, Roger found a different firm that charged us a lot less. The patio is gorgeous and looks so much better than a slab of cement. I chose an expensive stone but there were many other more economical options. Roger does great work.

Roger returned my phone call the same day, but regretfully was not able to do the work that I required. (I wanted stamping and tinting of concrete for a patio walkway for my landscaping needs; and he deals with natural stones and pavers.) But, his promptness and professionalism would elicit me to call him again if I ever needed any of those services.

Roger was polite enough, he threw out some prices, & we discussed setting up a time to meet. He called & left a message saying that my property was out of his service area. My property is 15 minutes from his published address. I left him a message mentioning that & I never heard from him. I had planned on spending several thousand dollars on patio & masonry work, but I guess I won't be spending it with him.

Roger and his crew did an excellent job, we are extremely happy with their work and would hire them again in a heartbeat! The patio is beautiful. Roger worked with us to get the project to meet our budget, and was very patient with us while we were still trying to come up with the design. He was also flexible with the schedule and was able to get all the work completed in a quick time frame without sacrificing quality. On top of that Roger is very polite and pleasant to work with and so is his crew!

Roger performed every aspect of work from design consulting and planning to demolition and installation of a beautiful new renovation. He was the consummate professional always arriving on time, and kept us apprised at all stages of work. He made himself available by cell phone and email. He and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for an experienced professional who provides personal top notch service. Roger is the person for you.

Best experience with a contractor/service provider we've had. Roger is terrific to work with. He has wonderful portfolio of Stoneworks' installations of hardscaping and masonry. Also, he e-mailed more photos and brought stone samples to me when I needed more input for path & patio design. Gave accurate time estimates of when job could be scheduled and how long it would take to complete work. The quality of the work done was excellent!

LONDON STONE WORKS IS AN INCREDIBLE COMPANY AND ROGER IS A SHINING STAR AMONG BUSINESS OWNERS. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HIS COMPANY'S WORK. HE WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME A BALLPARK ESTIMATE FOR THE PROJECT OVER THE PHONE AND MENTIONED THAT HE WOULD SEND SOME PHOTOS VIA E-MAIL FOR REFERENCE. THEN HE CAME OUT WITH AN AMAZING PORTFOLIO OF WORK BEYOND THE WEBSITE AND DELIVERED AN OFFICIAL ESTIMATE WITH, GET THIS, A STAMP ON THE RETURN ENVELOPE. HE PROVIDED A REASONABLE START DATE AND IN THE MEAN TIME WAS AN EXCELLENT CONTACT, ANSWERING QUESTIONS VIA E-MAIL AND CHECKING IN PERIODICALLY. HE BEGAN THE DEMOLITION A FEW DAYS EARLY AND WAS HERE EVERY DAY HE SAID HE WOULD BE. HE COMPLETED THE WALKWAY, SWEPT IN SAND OVER CONSECUTIVE DAYS AND TESTED THE SEAL JUST TO MAKE SURE IT WAS SATISFACTORY BEFORE COMPLETING THE ENTIRE AREA. NEEDLESS TO SAY, IT LOOKS FABULOUS. HE REALLY DOES AMAZING WORK, NOT ONLY WITH BRICK, BUT ALSO WITH BLUE FLAGSTONE. LONDON STONE WORKS IS AN ANGIE'S LIST HERO

ROGER WAS EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH! HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND ALWAYS ON TIME. HE KEPT US INFORMED THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. HE WAS PATIENT WITH OUR INDECISION ON THE BRICK COLOR, STYLE, ETC. HE BROUGHT MANY SAMPLES FOR US TO LOOK AT (SEVERAL TIMES!). HE WORKED WITH US ON DESIGN IDEAS, TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION SOME DRAINAGE PROBLEMS WE HAVE IN OUR YARD. THE END RESULT IS A UNIQUE, BEAUTIFUL PATIO THAT WE LOVE. WE'VE HAD SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON IT, AND HAVE GIVEN OUT SEVERAL OF ROGER'S BUSINESS CARDS.

A PHENOMENALLY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. IT FIGURES I WOULD GET GREAT OLD FASHIONED AMERICAN CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A NATIVE OF LONDON, ENGLAND! ROGER ESSEX WAS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY, PATIENT, AND HELPED ME MAKE WISE DECISIONS. I'M DELIGHTED WITH THE WORK AND HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING BUT COMPLIMENTS FROM MY NEIGHBORS. HIS QUOTE WAS THE MOST COMPETITIVE AND HE PROVIDED SERVICES LIKE GETTING THE STONE ENGRAVED WITH NO MARK UP COST TO ME. ROGER WAS A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH, WENT THE EXTRA MILE, AND I'D DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

BEING A DESIGNER MYSELF, I AM VERY PICKY. ROGER, THE COMPANY OWNER, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY PICKINESS. HE HAD EXCELLENT DESIGN SOLUTIONS TO VARIOUS PROBLEMS WE ENCOUNTERED. HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND NEAT AND CLEANED UP REALLY WELL AT THE END OF THE JOB. WE PLAN TO HAVE HIM LAY A BLUE STONE PATIO THIS SPRING.

THEY CALLED ME BACK AND THROUGH OUR DISCUSSION WE DECIDED IT WAS NOT A FIT. THEY FOCUS MAINLY ON LANDSCAPING TYPE STONE AND MASONRY WORK. WHEN WE GET TO THAT POINT IN THE PROJECT, I WILL MOST DEFINITELY GIVE LONDON STONEWORKS A CALL.

ROGER IS A GREAT GUY TO WORK WITH. HE WAS RESPONSIBLE AND HAD IDEAS FOR HOW TO IMPROVE ON OUR INITIAL PLAN. HIS COMPANY IS SMALL BUT GROWING SO YOU GET A VERY PERSONAL TOUCH.
