Description of Work: Company responded promptly to acknowledge our purchase of coupon on July 30. After 10 days, I called the company to set up an appointment. Due to the high volume of responses, the company estimated that the work would be done at the earliest towards the end of September. As of today, August 22, I have not been able to schedule a firm date for the work to be performed. Consequently, we would prefer to receive a refund and hire another provider who can fit us into their schedule somewhat sooner.
