I expected to have the lock replaced for the advertised price, but was told that the price was for a different service. I was not happy about that, but the service man worked with me and we came to an agreement.

Someone damaged my lower door knob on my front door. The deadbolt still worked so it was not an emergency, but I wanted it fixed promptly. I called and made an appointment. The locksmith showed up right on time. I had to purchase my own locks since I live in a townhouse association and they have to match the other doors closely. The locksmith told me that the replacements were of better quality than the old ones and he did an excellent job installing them. He was professional and courteous. The old deadbolt was smaller than new one so he had to drill a larger hole in the door. He made sure that I knew how much everything would would cost ahead of his doing the work. I appreciated his honesty. I will call them again if I ever need work done.

overall, experience was good, prices were reasonable, though the dispatcher did not state that their would be a service call fee of $39.00, ouch.

I had originally given this company a "C" for professionalism and overall experience because we had called ET Locksmith to do the work on the front doorknob but, after the work had been completed, discovered it had been done by Non-Stop Locksmith. I felt that I had researched and hired one company but the job had been performed by a different company. About a week later I was checking ET Locksmith on the Better Business Bureau website and found that they and Non-Stop Locksmith are actually the same company. I notified Angie's List, and a few hours later got a call from Simon, the owner of ET Locksmith. He also explained that ET and Non-Stop are now one company (with ET specializing in security systems and Non-Stop in working with locks, if I understood correctly). He was super nice and extremely professional, apologized for the confusion, and Invited me to come have keys made at the Non-Stop location at his expense if I ever needed them. He also answered my question about requiring the customer to sign a disclaimer on the invoice--now I understand the purpose of that disclaimer. I really appreciated his making a personal call to explain everything. To briefly review the actual work (which I reviewed under Non-Stop Locksmith), Jake spent a lot of time investigating the problem with the doorknob and tried to fix it with materials he had with him. He determined that a longer shaft was needed and had to go back to the office to get one of the proper length. He returned with the shaft, had to find screws that fit, and was finally successful. He only charged us for one hour labor, although he had spent longer than an hour (not including his trip back to the office) and didn't charge for the part. The service call fee of $45 and the labor charge was entirely reasonable. And the doorknob works! So I am now competely satisfied that ET Locksmith is an excellent company and, even better, cares about its customers.

I could not get into my front entrance. The lock smith got here within about an hour and made the repairs. He was very prompt and courteous and made the repairs. He explained to me about the door freezing up and what to do.

He fixed it so it works perfectly now and I didn't have to replace my mailbox.

I was unable to get into my detached garage this morning, so I called for lockout service. The technician, Shai, was there within 30min. He examined the lock, and determined it was completely broken. Based on that, he cored the old lock and replaced it with a new cylinder. He took the time to make sure that the new cylinder fit my slightly older deadbolt lock. Given what he had to work with (an older garage entry door in at best passable condition), he was able to get the work done quickly and without any issue. I was very happy with the service and would recommend ET Locksmith without question.

We lost our key to our rooftop deck. I called ET Locksmith and they came within 2 hours. They provided an original quote over the phone and explained additional pricing if they had to drill the lock (which they did). They gave me an estimated time of arrival for the locksmith. He was right on time! While the locksmith, Joseph, was here, I added additional work to the scope by having my front door lock rekeyed and matching both locks to the same key. Joseph was very willing to do the work and was extremely professional. I'm glad I called ET Security.

Brent showed up on time and did a great job re-keying my front and back door after moving in to my new house. I've already recommended him to family and friends.

Due to recent burglaries in the area, we wanted to make changes to the locks in the house. He called to confirm appoint and advise the time he would arrive. Once he arrived, he asked what we required before pulling any equipment. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he did before he did it He provided additional safety measures we could take.

Technician was prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. The appointment was quicker than 1 hour and we had mulitple copies of our new keys. He also imformed us how to avoid huge charges if we ever locked ourselves out.

Our friendly and professional technician arrived within the scheduled window of time. He did a great job working with some complicated old locks as well as installing new locks. He even helped us choose the best coupon through Angie's List to get the most savings! We'll definitely call them again when we need a locksmith.

There were some problems that appeared with the lock's operation a few weeks after initilal installation. I'm fair in my dealings with others and understood that machinery doesn't always work exactly the way we expect. Well, Joseph and ET came through for me. They were very responsive and scheduled a return visit based on my availability. Joseph was very professional, made the necessary repairs/adjustments to the new lock and advised me on maintenance routine going forward. Of course there was no charge. It was a pleasant experience dealing with him and his company. The lock works smoothly, better than it had before. I would highly recomment ET Locksmith to others.

ET responded very quickly, as my husband had locked us out of our bedroom. We asked that ET change 3 locks because they all had different keys and we lost the key for all of them. Istvan came out quickly, one hour after I called (this was a Saturday night at 5 pm). He worked quickly and re-keyed all of the locks and put together the one that was picked apart. They were fast, efficient and a reasonable price.
