Tightened up my cushions, put a new simonis cloth on, reset my three piece slate and waxed the seams, and releveled my table to a flawless roll.

They were very responsive from the start. Meticulous in taking apart and setting up the table. The whole process was very smooth.

Went great. Crew was on-time, and got started immediately. Loaded up quickly, protecting the table, rails, and slate with many blankets and pads. Was a little skeptical at first with just a covered pickup truck, but my concern was quickly laid to rest - they packed the table carefully and protected everything very well. At the new home, they unloaded everything quickly, using pads on the floor to protect the carpets. Then proceeding to assemble the frame and level it out. They even called me down to insure that the table was *exactly* where I wanted it. They measured from wall to wall making sure it was properly spaced. Also showed me the leveling to make sure I was satisfied. After installing the slate they verified again everything was perfectly level. The waxing was done well, I felt no bumps in the seams or the bolt holes. Start to finish the job was done in 2 hours. Courteous and professional, I was very pleased. Hopefully I am not moving again anytime soon, but if I do I would definitely call these guys again.

Made appointment to view tables at his small shop, which is only open a couple days a week. The guy at the shop was polite. They delivered and set up the table about 4 days later.

The table is perfectly balanced and well put together. It did take a bit longer than expected, but in the long run, all is perfect with the table.

It went well. The crew was punctual. One member of the team was not as efficient as his partner. However, his partner more than made up for it with his professionalism and skill. Dennis contacted me after the table set up to follow up on his crew's performance. I would recommend this company highly.

He arrived promptly with an assistant and proceeded to work quickly and carefully for about 2 hours until the job was done.

The guy I spoke to on the phone was polite and really knew his stuff. I was able to tell him the size of my table and he told me the price. They came out that weekend and recovered the table in about three hours. I liked the job he did.

Not much of a showroom, but very knowledgeable, polite, personable and easy to deal with. No pressure sales strategy. Delivery was quick and professional. Although I would have liked it if they had taken the boxes out to the trash for me, but otherwise I was very pleased with the purchase. The only reason I am rating their professionalism a ''B'' is because, as I mentioned, I would have liked them to take the boxes out to the trash. In their defense, I never asked them, so its not like they refused.
