Took about 2 hours. table is level and plays perfectly. Cleaned up work site when completed.

Everything went really well. The people were friendly and the customer service was good. They came on time and we were very happy.

When they came in July the gentlemen had the full size antique pool table removed and stored in my garage in 35-40 minutes. When they returned in August they reinstalled the table to perfection.

Start to finish it was a very good experience. My questions were answered, the price we agreed to was fair and the table looks and plays great.

Courteous, professional. Had spoken with D. Jaburek several times ahead of appt. He was informative about the cost of appt. & helpful with information about where & for much I could sell pool table, based on specific model.

First, Dennis worked with my schedule. He answered or returned every phone call promptly. Everything went like clockwork. They were on-time at the seller's house. Spent about 45 minutes getting the table out. The table had to be taken apart due to the size and weight. They came directly to my house and spent about 45 minutes putting it back together and leveling it. Courteous, fast, clean. I could not ask for better service. $300 was a really great price. It would be almost impossible to do this yourself, no matter how many friends you had to help you. I recommend this company whenever I can.

The men were prompt, polite, professional and very neat. They re-assembled, leveled and re-felted our pool table. They made much needed suggestions as to placement of the table and swept up when they were finished with the installation. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend Jaburek Billiards for reassembly and re-felting. If I ever need to move this table again, I would definitely use them for the take down.

I was very happy with how they handled the pool table. They did an excellent job moving it from one basement to another. They are a little pricey but worth it as far as the pool table is concerned but included in the price was moving an air hockey table, also. They said they couldn't get it down the stairs to the basement because they couldn't make the turn. A friend of mine and I did it after they left. They shouldn't have made me pay full price if they couldn't do the move.

I initially spoke with the owner when I called and was more than a little surprised by how much his estimate was to move the billiard table. I thought it seemed kind of high but know that quality work is not free and the reviews on Angie's List were extremely positive. Also, having owned my own billiard hall I have moved, setup, and recovered billiard tables in the past and know that it is a lot of work and time consuming, especially if it is done right and I am a bit of a stickler when it comes to doing it right. What good is the final job if the table is not level, right? Three gentlemen arrived on time and ready to work. They quickly sized up the table and began disassembling it, methodically marking each of the critical components in preparation for reassembly. They were cordial and very professional in everything they did during the process. The table was in a basement and they carefully carried each of the components, including the three pieces of very heavy slate up the basement stairs, loaded them into the truck and wrapped everything in heavy shipping blankets with great care. They drove to my home and we discussed where I wanted the billiard table setup. They brought everything in and began the reassembly process. The pockets on the table were old and some were broken so fortunately, they had a couple sets on the truck that I was able to chose from to replace them with while they were reassembling the table. The table originally had return rails that can sometimes be problematic so this was the perfect opportunity to convert it to a drop pocket table which was just fine with me. They just added the cost of the new drop pockets onto the original moving/recovering estimate. The guys took great pains to get the each of the three pieces of slate level before recovering the playing surface with new felt. The finished product looks and plays great! In the end, even though I thought the estimate was a little high, I am very pleased with the quality of work and feel I received a good value for the price. I would definitely use D. Jaburek Billiards again!

D.Jaburek had two of his employees go to a home in Pleasant Prairie, WI, to take apart an 8ft pool table. The guys were very punctual. They were very professional and knowledgable and got right to work and took the pool table apart, then went to my home in Waukegan, IL, to assemble and level the pool table. Overall, the guys did a FANTASTIC job! I will definitely refer D. Jaburek to my friends/family and will be calling them back, if I ever decide to get a different felt for my table. They even did me a favor and took the old 6ft table out from my basement and placed it outside for garbage pick up! Thank you so much!!!

They were very friendly, competent, and punctual. They marked all the pieces so it can be assembled easily. They did a very good job.

They did what they said and said what they do. Most importantly, you get somebody who is an expert in moving the table, and more importantly, and reassembling it properly. The table had been moved and assembled previously before we got it by folks who clearly didn't know what they were doing. It's not obvious until you pull the pool table apart and see all the things that were done again properly. And it's stuff you won't notice at all; the average person would not notice until you started playing pool and realize the bumpers aren't absolutely correct and they are not tight and the overall table is not square or level. So I would say it is absolutely worth it, if you care about how a pool table works and functions, to get somebody who knows what they are doing. And these guys absolutely know what they are doing.

I called to request service on my pool table that had been taken down and moved while the basement and family room was remodeled. Although they were located a pretty good distance from my home, they gave me an estimate and scheduled a date. The crew was on time and came in to advise what needed to be done. Although they needed to go out to buy screws that had been misplaced by the contractor, there was only a minor charge for the replacement screws. They moved, reassembled, recovered and put the table in the location i requested. The pool table looks like new and we are back to enjoying the table. The crew was very professional and courteous. I would use their service again and recommend their service to others.

The folks at Jaburek have a nice selection of tables. You wouldn't guess from the outside of the store that they could possibly have as many tables as they do. The tables are disassembled (no slate or legs) and leaning up against the walls, but you can still see the tables well and make your selection. We never met the owner but worked with his nephew who was knowledgeable and helpful. They are a bit informal but they know pool tables and I had a lot of confidence in their ability to advise us. I would recommend.

I called the company and they were very helpful when choosing a replacement felt. They came on time, changed the felt, reassembled the table, balanced it, explained how to remoce the shims as the table settled and said they'd come back if we had any issues. They also educated us on proper care of the table and felt. They were very professional and through.

I called on Thursday 11/29/2012 to schedule a pool table move. I spoke with the owner, who said he actually had an opening that afternoon. The movers arrived promptly on time, and even called beforehand to verify they had the correct address. They quickly and efficiently broke down our 7 x 3.5' pool table (3 piece slate) and moved it from our in-law's basement to our new house. The pool table was quickly and carefully put back together and leveled. The movers even used shorter screws so we wouldn't have to worry about our toddler hitting his head on the long screws that used to be on the bottom! We were very pleased with their professionalism, and they were very helpful answering all of our questions and offering tips on the care and maintenance of the table. Would definitely recommend.

The experience was good. We had a little snafu the first time they were supposed to come out and they were hours late so I had to reschedule it for another week. The guy was really nice about it. They were nice guys.

The move went well and they were experienced in moving the table. We had no problems at all.

We called them really short notice and they were extremely open minded and came out that same day. I have purchased the table from someone else and they were still willing to place it together. They did a wonderful job! I wanted to change the color of the felt and they were able to suggest a burgundy color for me. They are an excellent company. I would say that anybody looking for this type of company, that this company is A+.

Excellent. From the first call to the servicemen's departure the service was excellent. My initial call with Dennis revealed his experience and professionalism. His questions about the type of pool table, my goals, etc. reflected years of experience. We agreed on a price, a date, and, as expected, his team arrived on time. They quickly got to work in disassembling the pool table but were not hasty nor careless. As an example, during the process of moving a section, they realized it was not going to easily make a turn in the house; instead of trying to force it (risking damage) they disassembled and reassembled. No damage was done. At the destination location they promptly arrived, were courteous and quickly got to work. We asked questions about pool tables, billiard balls, etc. while they worked and they were professional and knowledgeable. All was completed on time, within budget to our satisfaction.
