They were quick, efficient, and very polite and professional. A friend put up my garage door opener, but he made mistakes that we would have never figured out, he aligned the sensors wrong and the chain needed to be tighter. The cost for the adjustments was only $20.00 with the service charge of $80.00 it was well worth it to me to be able to house my car now.

Crystal Overhead Door responded instantly to my enquiry, and arranged a standby appointment for the same day. An hour or so later, they set a time for later in the afternoon. The technician called to let me know his arrival time. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and the price was right. Highly recommended.

They repaired my cable and adjusted the spring tension. We had a 10 below wind chill factor, So they did great. I will definatly recommend them in the future.

My garage door spring broke on a subzero Saturday morning when it was essential that I get to work. They were able to come within 2 hours of my initial call, the two men who were in the truck were very nice. They got both springs replaced and the whole opener system lubricated in about 40 minutes. The only thing I would have had improved is that they knocked a few things off shelving in the garage in order to do the repair and did not replace them. This is a quite minor issue. The replacement of the springs and lubrication came to $180.00 which considering they squeezed me in on a freezing cold Saturday seems reasonable.

The were on time, and very honest. Advised against unnecessary repair.

On time and quick service......good communication with both the company and my sevice person. I did feel a little uneasy giving my credit card to the service person and watching him write all of my info on the receipt. He can't process card on site and must take it back to the office. Hope it doesn't get into the wrong hands. If it does I will be editing my feedback.

Owner was great on phone. Quote was higher than others but reasonable. INstall scheduled for early a.m. Techs showed early p.m. Day following install our garage door was opened, robbed and vandalized. Garage door was randomly opening/closing independently. Called their emergency number and were told they'd be out first thing next a.m. No a.m. call. Tech showed at 11:30 to suggest someone else had our door signal. MId conversation he took a call, started to swear/yell into phone, then asked what we wanted him to do - nothing had happened in the 5 minutes he was there. Install cost $700, one snowblower and a car repair.
