Description of Work: Beautiful silk curtains in master bedroom, and roman shade style blinds in guest room. They were always timely, came back a second time so I could make sure that I liked my fabric choice, and installed the items quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: I recommend this company from a busy business owner point-of-view. They were on time, confirmed the appointment when they were on their way, did not haggle with me, had professional and interesting suggestions. I knew very little of drapes before purchasing and I needed to ask my fashionable friends their thoughts about what would look good. The company did not pressure me into making a faster decision, it was all on my time. There will be additional purchase from them.

 + -1 moreFoster and Shari Silins were great to work with. They were friendly and accomodating, which wasn't the case with some of the other vendors we talked to. They were on time for every appointment and kept every promise. I would recommend them to anyone, friend or family who are looking to outfit their windows with coverings, or redo existing coverings.
Description of Work: Budget Blinds North Shore just completed installing my Silouettes a few weeks ago. We were so tired of living in a fish bowl in our new home! What we liked about Silouettes was that they gave us privacy and light control because of the sheerness between the blinds. I don't think I would have known about them if Budget Blinds hadn't showed us so many options. We were considering wood blinds, which were actually half the price, but I'm so glad that Foster showed us Silouettes, because they work much better for our house.

 + -1 moreAndy measured for the blinds and was punctual and friendly; after he gave me the estimate, it was a bit more than I had expected, so he offered to pay the sales tax. He said it would take about 3 weeks for installation, but it took only 2 weeks. The young man who arrived to install the blinds was on time and finished the installation in less than an hour. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would hire them again.
Description of Work: Measured and installed window blinds for 10 large windows in our condo.

 + -1 moreI am very happy with the quality of the blinds and with the service I received. Foster was friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is, that I had ordered a cover for the top of the blind. As it turns out, my windows were too long to accommodate the cover that was made for the blind. Foster came to my house to present options for me, which he said he would cover at his cost because it was his error (this was a good thing). However, although I told Foster specifically which option I wanted, he came to my house two more times after that, basically trying to convince me to take the other option, which was easier and less expensive for him, but which would not have given me the look I wanted. It took several weeks after the rest of the blinds were installed, to get the covers that I wanted put in.
