Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

It went really well. I scheduled the appointment the day before. Eliseo showed up on time and was very thorough explaining what he was going to do. He worked very efficiently and was done faster than I expected, for all the work he did.

They cleaned the outside and the inside of the windows. They did a good job and they did it quickly. I was able to set the appointment very quickly. They were on time. They were very fast and thorough.

We received 2 or 3 bids and theirs was the lowest. It was a lot of work. The only issue I had with them was that it took them longer than expected. It took 2 days for them to complete the job. I told them to send a couple of guys to do the work. I was disappointed as I had told them ahead of time. There might be some staffing issues too. Overall I was pleased with their work. They were punctual.

Came over same day we caslled...very good. Started to rain a bit before they finished, so left and came back next day and finished up....cleaned screens as well.

Sol (?) arrived early and got right to work . He did an excellent job and cleaned up pretty well. He was prompt and courteous as was the lady who set up the appointment and quoted me the price.

I called on Friday, and the woman that answered asked if I wanted someone to come out that day! I was so shocked they could come on Saturday, less than 24 hour notice. I was surprised when just one person came to wash all the windows, but Art has experience and got the job done. I can't believe we didn't do this sooner. I plan on calling them again.

We got off to a slow start. The crew was late due to some babysitting issues and only one person was able to come. We agreed on the windows to be cleaned and I decided to have the screens cleaned as well.We had some communication difficulty that was totally my problem. The office staff was very patient with me as was Jose. I have a 100 year old house that has various types of windows on it, some original to the house, others put in in the 80's, 90's and very recently. Some have an external storm, a couple even had a storm that was attached to the window. I have no idea they were there. We finally got on the same page and he did a wonderful job. It is great to see out of my windows!

Overall, bubbles did a great job, their pricing was very reasonable. They were prompt in arriving, worked fast and did a thorough job. I have used other services, but Bubbles is the best. I will definately call them again, I am actually considering having my windows cleaned more frequently given the reasonableness of their pricing.

They did a great job, although some of the window screens were not put back in properly, although admittedly they are tricky to put in if you dont know it ahead of time.

fantastic. Eliceo was wonderful! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I can't believe one person did so much work and kept such a great attitude. No up-selling, which was great. But he gave me tips on preventive maintenance too, which I loved. He didn't have the proper ladder to access the very high chandeliers and ceiling fan, which I requested over the phone. But that wasn't what I called the company for in the first place and those were add-on tasks that the scheduler asked me about. The main tasks - windows, power washing, gutters - were done beautifully by an excellent worker who took great pride in his work.

They came when they said they would; they were prompt. They were polite and clean. They did the job as what we expected. Their price was good; neither the cheapest nor very expensive.

Due to recent power washing as a preparation for painting, windows had gotten very dirty in fact all windows showed dripped water marks and now they are gleaming. I have 3 story house with big windows and would get this company every year if not twice to do the cleaning.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, nice, helpful, and they were able to come out the next day. Art did an outstanding job, and was right on time. I would definitely use them again.

The windows were cleaned very well. They redid a few since could see spots inside. The window wells were cleaned out very well. They did respect our property and were careful with their ladders and did not make a mess inside. Had very minimal cleaning inside. The office returned my calls promptly and the supervisor Veronica was polite and courteous everytime. I gave a B for pricing because of some miscommunication on pricing. I called a few window washing companies for estimates including Bubbles since they had honors on Angies List and had mostly good reviews. Bubbles only does phone estimates and the few times I called to get the estimate and set up the apt. I ended up talking to someone who had just been on the job for 2 days. As a resut I wasn't told that the screens could be $1-2 and I was told the basement windows were included in the window well cleaning prices. I was also told they should be done in about 1-2 hours but it took them all day. The washers came on time but I was informed at that point that the screens were double the size and would be $2.00 instead and some small ones would be $1. I was told the window wells are double the size and usually should be $30 but since I was told $15, he stuck to that price. After the cleaning was done, I realized there was some mix up in the number of french windows I was charged for. I called the office and they promptly returned my call to discuss my concerns and agreed to have the guy come out to count the windows again. The supervisor indicated that they had since made sure the operator had the appropriate training and would give me a $50 Bubbles credit to use at a later date. When we re-counted the windows I discovered he was counting the basement windows and screens in the window wells. After speaking to the supervisor again she agreed to refund me the additional money that was charged for the basement french windows since it was not stated differently on the day of the cleaning. In addition to guarantee customer satisfaction they also ended up refunding me the extra money that was charged for the screens instead of giving me a Bubbles credit.

They did an incredible job. They were neat, clean, and tidy. They moved furniture gently. They came in the house and walked around in their stocking feet. They did it without a hitch. They were perfect. They were professional. They went right to work and did the work that they had to do. They didn't track stuff into the house. I gave them a tip because they were so good.

From the first telephone contact in which I explained my list of requests, to the prompt arrival and completion of work, this company was a pleasure with which to work. The man who did the majority of my tasks arrived as promised, reviewed the work, and labored with energy and a positive attitude. After cleaning the concrete and furniture iteself, he carefully repositioned the patio and front porch furniture. The windows were beautifully clean and the experience was hassle-free. What a good experience! I recommend them highly and will use them next year.

I was very impressed, the two gentleman from Bubbles arrived promptly and explained what they were going to do, and how long it would take, They were curteous and friendly and we are happy with both the windows and the gutters. After they left that day, I noticed a piece of siding seemed to slip out of place up near one of the high gutters. We reported it to the company and they came back the very next day and moved it back into place. We'll be calling again in the fall!

Overall very satisfied with the service and they were good at keeping in contact/returning calls.

Excellently. The workers were quick, quiet and polite and obvious knew what they were doing. They had all the appropriate equipment and supplies.

The windows were beautifully cleaned. Best they've ever looked. The cleaner was professional and was careful not to dirty anything in the house.

the cleaner was very professional and did a through job. the price was reasonable. the office staff did not note that my inside windows were two stories, so the cleaner was not prepared to clean them, but he was able to improvise with his outside ladder and did clean the inside of the two story windows.

My estimate via phone was way off. I expected to spend $200 and the total cost was $400. I now have an inventory of all of my windows so I will know better next time I get an estimate. I was disappointed that Jose showed up by himself. It was too big of a job for 1 person and then his wife came later. They worked very hard and the windows look wonderful but there should have been a bigger crew. it literally took them the entire day, which was tricky to coordinate around. So, my dissatisfaction due to the fact that I did not have the right information to get the correct quote and I did not ask how many would be in the crew. Next time I will ask both of those questions.

Their technician was on time and did great work.

They were the easiest window washing group that I have worked with - Jose was great, very thorough, kind and professional. I felt very easy with having him in my house. He took a long time - longer than I thought - but it was worth it as their price was great and the results were awesome.
