Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

Made appointment for same day. They called and asked if I could do it earlier, which was a help to me. Showed up when scheduled and completed the work quickly. Offered to help move container of debris to side of house. I was quite pleased and will use them again.

Here is what added to my most positive experience. Toward the end of the job, Eliceo, was walking the entire area and noticed that there was one spot that he had missed. Now my wife and I had just notice the same spot but very much appreciated that when you work with water things that get wet can sometimes hide an area that you are working. We didn't say a thing but watched as Eliceo and his partner went back to the truck, unloaded the later and pressure washer and went to the back of the house to fix the problem. A lot of work for one small spot. I can't tell you how impressed we were. Great job.

Was able to get an appointment within the week. Fernando was punctual and did a very professional job. Neat, clean, quick. A few days later I noticed that one of the windows was off track. Called Bubbles and Fernando was out the next morning to put sliding window back on track. I appreciate the great customer service.

They showed up within an hour and a half of calling, and went right to work. Both guys were very good and professional, they even had some advise on gardening. Did a very good job

The work was performed very well. No mess. I recycled the material with other yard waste. Will use company again. Company honored their Angie's List coupon.

I called Bubbles on Monday morning to arrange window cleaning and they were able to come the same day. Roman performed the work and did an excellent job. I was a little annoyed when I learned that there was an extra $1.25 charge for every french window but Roman was able to pull out all of the inserts in my windows and therefore clean them without the additional charge. He suggested cleaning the screens (which is also an additional charge) in order to help keep the dirt from them from ruining our clean windows more quickly and I decided to add this service. I was happy for this suggestion and am pleased with the work.

I called Bubbles for an estimate - I thought I would try them based on reviews from Angie's list and a coupon. It was a pretty big job - over 85 windows - many of them french (inside and out). The washer was prompt and courteous but there was only one person. Considering it was such a big job I would have expected more than one person. He was at my house for over 10 hours!! I ended up with broken window screens and not so clean gutters. I have screens over the gutters and he wasn't able to clean them properly because Bubbles "hand" cleans gutters. Bubbles sent an email to follow up with the service. I replied and never received a response back about the gutters not being properly cleaned. I would not use them again. Really not worth the hassle!

It went well. They had to return because it was raining and could not do outside windows...which they did as promised.

Over the past 1-1-2 years our street was under construction and a signficant amount of construction dust had accumulated on our home. Bubbles completed the work within about a week. The windows were spotless and the facade looked like new. Great service and for a reasonable price.

Did an outstanding job and just as asked. They are to be highly recommended.

I called for an estimate and was quoted $125 for my two story house less a $10 Angie's list discount. Bubbles came out two business days later and were on time, professional and thorough. The total cost was a little more due to a few gutters being clogged that were an additional $5/ea. - however I was informed of that when I booked. I will definiately use them again.

I saw they were rated well on Angie's List, and they seemed to be a company that focused on a doing a few things very well. I checked their website and they had a $50 dollar coupon for pressure washing. Since they also did gutter cleaning, I added that on as well though my gutters have been fairly clean since some tree removal a few years back. I completed the contact form on the website on a Sunday and was called the following Monday for service that week. They gave me a 2 hour window, and I chose to work from home that day. At the end of the 2 hour window, I called the toll-free number yet to request an ETA. They said they would call the dispatch to find out where they were. I was called again about 2 hours later to say that their truck had broke down but that they were still coming and I would be called again when they were on their way. I was called less than an hour later stating they would be there shortly. A minor glitch, but things happen. Once they arrived, they were professional and courteous, walked around the home and asked if there was anything they should know. I have some chipped paint on the trim around my garage door and I asked them to blast it particularly well. They were at my home about 2 to 3 hours. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. They made a noticeable (not just to me) improvement in the look of the home. They walked me around the home to let me know which spots needed more work than others, and stated my gutters should only need future attention every other year. I paid by credit card and would definitely recommend them to others, and plan on using them again on a more regular basis.

We had mysterious basement leakage the night before we called Bubbles. Cleaning out clogged and overspilling gutters was a start to solve our problem. I called Fernando's company first thing in the morning (still raining a little no less) and he showed up an hour later and just got to work. In about 90 minutes he cleaned out yards and yards of dirty gutters and rinsed them out. From our upper floor, we can see the roofline below and I tell you, those gutters were practically sparkling! Fernando took away all the debris, re-rolled our hose, and was generally a really pleasant workman. His invoice was very easy to understand and he completed the work for the exact quoted price minus an Angie's List discount. We'll have him back again for gutters and windows.

Our experiences with Bubbles have been excellent. They show up as promised, and provide exceptional service. The leaves and debris were removed from our gutters and they put them in the paper bags we provided for recycling pickup.

Great! Called Monday a.m. Came out Monday afternoon and called to submit payment. Very easy! I didn't seeven have to be home. Left several bags of leaves so I knew that they had actually cleaned. Super terrific!

They did ok, they did have to return to do a few over.

They were very good. They were very friendly over the phone. Somebody answered immediately. They gave me the quote immediately. It was just very easy. I don't remember how many windows they washed, but I have a lot of windows. They charged me $210.00 to power-wash the garage, $195.00 to do the windows in and out, and $19.00 to do 19 screens. The total was 424.00 and I got a discount as I had a coupon from their website for $60.00.

I called them in the morning, and they told me that they had a man in the area, and that he could come in about an hour. He showed up and spent about an hour cleaning the gutters. Fernando was very professional and polite. He showed me how much he had cleaned (a full 30-gallon bag). He charged $110 for the base job and $5 per clogged downspout. Total was $120. I thought that it was a good price, about $30 less than my previous provider. I could not have wished for better (or more prompt) service.

Arrived 1 hour after scheduled start time. During the middle of the job, he had to leave to get a taller ladder. Windows looked ok. Screens were left in a stack "to dry". When I put them back into the windows, I found 1 screen had been ripped. I called to complain. The dispatcher called me back after speaking with the "gentleman" who had been at our house. Dispatcher indicated that the screen was ripped before he started cleaning it. Harsh conversation ensued. After being called a liar "so my husband wouldn't get mad at me" for ripping the screen, I asked to be removed from their mailing list and phone list. They still call every other month asking for business. I have never had a worse experience with a merchant. Update as of 12-15: Bubbles contacted me to address my concerns. They have since refunded the original cost in full, saying they are now committed to giving excellent service.

The job turned out wonderful and this is the second time I have used them. They are always on time and they do what they say they will do. They are always reasonable. I will use them again this spring.

They did a great job, arrived on time, and cleaned the gutter perfectly. They also bagged all the debri and removed it from the premises.

the worker showed up 30 minutes after his scheduled time window, made up reasons why he could not clean the gutters/windows, and showed a complete indifference to any type of customer service

They were late. However, once they came out, they did an excellent job. I thought their price was high. However, I didn?t compare their price to the other companies. They couldn?t do the pricing until they came out and checked my requirements. I had some trouble in figuring out how to open the windows. A gentleman from the team showed me how to open the windows. His customer service skills were very good. I?ll probably use them again in the future.
