Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

Went fantastic - single person was assigned for the job. He spent approx 6 hours cleaning 94 windows, including some which were three stories high, plus got on the roof to clean the skylights. Very courteous and professional from the get-go - we barely knew he was there as he went about his cleaning. The only reason I marked professionalism as a 'B' instead of 'A', is that I noticed near the end of the interior cleaning, the technician had not removed his shoes or worn shoe protectors, and some dirt was tracked on the tile and carpet, and I had to vacuum when he was done (have small children). I also should have caught this earlier, so not entirely his fault.

I called Bubbles and scheduled with this company (at phone number 815-260-8141) on November 18, 2010 to have the gutters cleaned at my home. Bubbles advertises being accredited on Angie's List. When the service had not been performed by December 1, 2010, I telephone the number and left a message on the machine. No one returned my call. On December 3, 2010, I left three messages on the answering machine requesting when I could expect the service to be performed and if they were NOT going to perform the service to please let me know. Finally, on Saturday, December 4th I received a telephone call from a representative of the company. She was very apologetic and explained that the weather had made it impossible to perform the service. I conceded that the weather had, indeed, been bad and she assured me that the company was still performing gutter cleaning and I would be put on a "priority" list and as soon as the snow and ice melted the gutters would be cleaned. Well, it was 39 degrees on 12/29, 48 degrees on 12/30 and 55 degrees on 12/31 . . . the ice and snow have disappeared and STILL my gutters have not been cleaned. I left another message today, January 5, 2011, at 815-260-8141, got the same message and still have not received a call back. Mid-February 2011 - just received a call from a representative asking if I was still interested in having Bubbles perform the service requested the end of November. Are you kidding? Hired someone who was interested in my business that came out on February 18th!

I was very disappointed with the service. I recommended them to two friends while they were doing the work because their price was very reasonable. The siding didn't look or feel clean after they were done, but to be fair it is twenty years old. However, my windows do not look clean either. I've had other companies clean my windows in the past, and I've always been satisfied with the results.

my house went well no problems, my sisters house was a little taller so they had to come back later with a bigger ladder, but not a problem job well done.

Scheduling the service was easy via phone - the individual I spoke with was courteous and professional. The Bubbles van arrived on time as scheduled. The technician worked very h****** windows and did an outstanding job removing years of dirt and grime. Several of the gutters had clogs which were expertly removed as well. The technician was very professional and courteous as well. I would highly recommend Bubbles to anyone and will most definitely use Bubbles again.

The gutter cleaning process was quick and painless. I like that I didn't get nickel and dimed by the company with additional charges for debris disposal like other gutter cleaning companies do. I would use them again. The only knock I have on this company is that they called and e-mailed me twice asking me to write an Angie's List review for them. They were very nice about it both times, but I think more than one phone call and e-mail is excessive.

I researched the company in angie's list and hired them to do the gutter cleaning. The 2 people they sent were very friendly and efficient to clean my gutter. I like their service and will recommend them to my friends.

The workers did a great job! They picked up after themselves very well. They cleaned the gutters as well, which was appreciated. Overall, a job well done! I will certainly continue to use them when necessary.

The two workmen were on time and polite.There was no disturbance to our landscaping and the job was done quickly; the quality of the finished task was crystal clear. We will be using Bubbles again.

Good service, easy to schedule, came on day scheduled, within time period agreed upon. Hired again to come in early November to do similar work including screens. Prices seem REALLY reasonable and I'd much prefer to pay them $1 per screen vs doing them myself.

The service tech showed up on time. He started on the outside and then finished with cleaning the screens. He went back and cleaned my garage window twice without me asking. He felt it was not clean enough. This window tends to get covered with thick spiderwebs. I have had many visitors positively comment on the crystal clean windows.

They scheduled us to complete the project within 24 hours of our call. They showed up on time and finished as promised. The service person was polite and bagged the debris in the gutters/downspouts. He cleaned up all areas around the house before leaving.

I made an appointment to have the Bubbles Window Washer come out to give me an estimate, which he did. He then started cleaning all the windows on my house, both inside and outside, plus the storm windows and the screens. It was a very large project which needed to be completed the next day, which was fine. The window washing technician was very professional, very competent and very pleasant. He worked conscientiously and thoroughly. I was completely, totally pleased with the quality of his work. In fact, he was awesome. I highly recommend this company.

I have a large home.......they had a lot of gutters and windows.....they were great, price was great..........will use again for sure.

The staff came on time and started to clean the gutter right away after answering all my questions. After cleaning and unclogging the gutter, he started to work on the windows and doors. It took him almost six hours to finish the whole work. He is a hard working and detail oriented guy. After his service, my windows were spotless and the gutter was so clean. I am really happy with their service. I will definitely call them up next time when I need their service. Also I will highly recommend their service to my friends and colleagues.

I called and talked to a very knowledgeable and professional woman who explained the services, procedures, and costs. No one had to be home for this external work. I was only asked to pay after returning home and finding the work done to my satisfaction. The gutter cleaning was done well and all waste was removed. One small bag of dirt from the gutter had been placed in our recycle bin but was easily moved to the proper garbage can.

After calling the company and receiving an estimate for the work, the representative came out to complete the work. The gutter cleaning was completed effectively and efficiently. I will definitely use this company again.

Everything went very well. They sent only one person so the job took longer than it could have been. Some windows had not been washed for years on the outside so it was a heavy job. The screens, windowsills, and windows were carefully hand washed. The window shades were removed where needed and re-installed carefully. There were a couple of paint stuck windows that my husband had to loosen otherwise I believe he would have skipped them possibly to avoid paint damage. But in all we were very satisfied with the job.

I have a 1 1/2 story home with vinyl siding. I called Bubbles after finding them on Angies list. They had really good feedback so I decided to take a change. I had the house power washed, all outside windows washed, and my gutters cleaned. I apologize but I cannot remember the gentlemans name who was here with a helper, but he was extremely nice and washed my front stoop off on his own!! They did a terrific job I would not hesitate to use them again!! Very nice techs!! Left the area cleaner than before! I'm happy!!! Great customer service also as I got a phone call letting me know they were on the way! Great job in all areas Bubbles!
