Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

I was very pleased with their work. They were punctual, professional and did a thorough job. A few of my windows were old French style double-hung - not easy to clean, but they did a very good job. One man worked outside (it was wet and he had to get behind hedges to access some of the windows) and one inside. Both worked and communicated well together.

The man came out the same day I called and got right to work cleaning out the gutters.

I called on Monday the 15th and told them we needed the gutters cleaned and we wanted gutter covers installed. We have many trees and cannot clean the gutters ourselves. They sent the gutter cover rep out the same day I called and were able to schedule the installation two days later. The crew was professional and friendly. They came on time. We are very happy with the result.

I called on Monday and they came on Tuesday. Everything was done to our satisfaction.

I called on Monday and they came out on Thursday of the same week. The cost was reasonable. He was an hour late, but got the job done quickly. He cleaned my gutters and fixed one of the gutter sections that wasn't properly attached. Great job!

Wonderful. Setting up the appointment was very easy, the staff on the other end of the phone were always very nice. They were always in communication, the person who actually came was very nice. Great job cleaning, and not leaving a mess behind. One or two of the downspouts were not attached correctly, so they fixed it and offered suggestions. I will definitely use them again next time I need the gutters cleaned!

Bubbles did a fantastic job. They walked through the pricing up front before any work was started (we added a few services to the list). Originally, we were just going to have the outside windows cleaned and the siding pressure washed. We ended up adding a few things since the prices were so reasonable. The 2-man crew made quick work of the job but did a very thorough job, as well. They took lots of care while inside the house (putting on booties so as not to dirty the floor) and were careful with all screens, etc.

The cleaner was careful, thorough, and extremely polite. He brought his own equipment. As described by the scheduler, all he asked was for us to dispose of the waste from the gutter. The job was completed to our satisfaction and we would use this company again.

While I was pleased with the response from the company, the process to set up the appointment as well as the on time performance of the appointment itself, I am more than disapointed with the value I received for the price I paid (I paid $165). The man who did the job (equipped with a ladder and a bucket) spent at most 30-40 minutes at our house for something that hadn't been done in more than 2 years. That translates into an hourly rate >$300 per hour which I find outrageous. I will find other means to get this job done in the future.

The project that I had Bubbles estimate was to clean (very clogged) and putting on covers on my very high back gutters. They should up on time and explained all the options without pressuring to select anything in particular option. We scheduled the appointment. They were there the next day on-time, no mess from the cleanup and they installed the new covers with no issues. I'm very happy with the results!!!!!

The house has gutters with screens covering them, that have never been cleaned. Bubbles removed the screens, cleaned out some nasty clogged gutters and a couple of completely clogged downspouts and replaced the gutter screens. They were quick and professional and did an excellent job and the waved the extra cost of unclogging the downspouts as well as removing and replacing the gutter screens. I will continue to use this company for all my gutter needs in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Received a timely general quotation from Bubbles. Although we had heard positive things about the company from friends regarding relatively smaller jobs we felt (and they confirmed) that Bubbles pricing was ala carte. Furthermore our friends said they "....felt nickel-dimed to death" when the bill was presented. Although Bubbles did reasonably good work our friends experienced some unpleasant sticker shock when presented with the invoice at the completion of the job. I learned after we selected another Angie's List firm to do the work that Bubbles would come onsite beforehand to provide a firm price. Be sure to ask for this service.

After a recent heavy rain, I experienced a problem with water from the roof overshooting a clogged gutter, flowing down the side of the house and leaking in around 2 windows. When I telephoned Bubbles, I was please to speak with a person instead of an answering machine. Even though my call came in near closing time, Veronica took my information and quickly gave me an estimate. While the regular price would have been $130 for a one story house with screens over the gutters, when I mentioned I had found the company on Angie's list and had a coupon, she immediately reduced the cost to $120. While the company was unable to schedule me for the very next day, they did come the on the following one. Fortunately they were able to complete the job without me being home and simply left a bill in the door for me to mail in at my convenience. I definitely will hire them in the future to do additional work.

From the first call to the appointment - this company had wonderful customer service! They were courteous, prompt, quick and clean. They did a wonderful job cleaning out the gutters. As a new home owner, I'm not sure when they were last cleaned out but they were able to get it all clean and working again. They even cleaned up everything before they left. They even gave me a great price on having my gutters replaced.

Natalie was in touch with us the day after I sent the email, which was a Saturday. We scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday.Alfredo, our Bubble's technician, contacted my wife and arrived right on time. He did a fantastic job on the windows and screens, as well as very being very personable.We would highly recommend them...and especially Alfredo...to anyone that is contemplating having their windows washed.

Without going into detail I'll summarize to say that this is a very professional company and the workmen are on the ball. Great service and I found them through Angie's List!

This was not the first time I used them. They showed up promptly and did good work. The man who did the work was very nice.

The bubbles crew arrived on time (Simon was the foreman), discussed the scope of the project with me, and provided me with a detailed, written quote. After reviewing everything, the crew promptly began working, and did a great job. Our house is a new construction single family home in the city, and this was the first time we'd had our windows washed -- what a difference! I would highly recommend Bubbles to anyone who needs their windows cleaned.In case you are wondering, we called four companies (all rated "A" on Angie's list). These companies all quoted about $50 of each other ($350 to $425 total) -- Bubbles was in the middle -- so pricing wasn't determinative for us. Rather, we chose Bubbles because they were by far the most organized and courteous on the phone. Colleen scheduled everything, emailed a general quote, and answered my questions (and asked several of her own that helped me understand the scope of the project!). I had to reschedule my original appointment due to work commitments, and Colleen did a great job of helping us find an alternative date. I also appreciated the fact that Bubbles sent me an email reminder of the appointment. Unlike the other companies I called, Bubbles made the whole process easy. We will be using them again!!

Courteous, respectful, good listeners.We walked around the house and he had me point out any trouble spots I knew about.When finished, invited me to inspect the work prior to presenting me with bill.House turned out great! I'd call them back in a heartbeat.

Contacted Bubbles for an estimate they were very professional and gave me an estimate for interior and exterior based on the number of windows we had within a range ours was 25-34 windows. They mentioned screens could be done as well and the cost was very reasonable and something I had not thought of having done but I am glad we did. Set up an appointment for about 10 days later and the worker was prompt, professional, and our windows never looked so good. He removed each screen washed them separately in our back yard and reinstalled them as well. I would definitely recommend using Bubbles for window and screen cleaning
