Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

Mario and Jonathon were here on time and very professional and courteous. Not only was the work exceptional, they took their time to do the best job we have had done since we moved here three years ago. Our home is 3 stories and they managed wonderfully. They were patient and thorough. I will most definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

Bubbles Window Washing separated themselves from their competition right from the beginning of my experience with them. I contacted three different companies(all from Angie's List). Bubbles Window Washing was the first to contact me, and they both emailed and called me which I appreciated. They gave a clear estimate including all of the additional services that I'd requested (screen cleaning and bottom of the window tray cleaning), and they seemed very receptive to the information that I was giving them about special circumstances (i.e. particular hard water stains, hard to access windows, et cetera). Their guys showed up near the tail end of their scheduled arrival window, but still within it and they went right to work. I was actually away from my house and communicating with them via my babysitter who was at the house. They were very accommodating of my concerns re: my nearly 1 year old daughter's sleep schedule. They gladly worked around it and her and got the job done expertly and in excellent time. The difference in the windows is literally illuminating. I don't think that I'd realized how bad my windows had gotten until after I saw them cleaned. And after having tried unsuccessfully myself to clean a single window, the ladder work alone would have made this a 2-3 day job for me which these guys completed in just a few hours. I can't imagine a better result or better looking windows. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat, and I plan to anytime I need this type of work done again.

We found Bubbles on Angie's list, and had them come out to clean our windows. We purchased a foreclosure, and did a ton of work on it over the last year. This spring, when we went to open the windows, we noticed that the tracks (area between window and inside) were filthy! The windows themselves needed a good cleaning, too, but we were really wanting to get those tracks cleaned. From start to finish, the sales staff were great. They patiently walked me through each step of the process from quote to billing. They also function really well over email which is a big plus for me, as it's my preferred method of communication. I got a call 5 minutes before the tech showed up (in the agreed upon time), and even got a follow up email after the tech was done. Our windows are super clean, and we're really happy with them. The tracks are spotless, and you'd never even know that they were ever dirty. I watched the tech work for a bit, and he used a flat head screwdriver and a rag to make sure that he got every nook and cranny in the window. He put down tarps and was wearing booties while inside our home, and was extremely respectful of our property. He was extremely detail-oriented, and did a great job.

Great job overall and excellent turnaround on scheduling. Because I was having photos taken for a real estate listing, I needed the job done the same week I called. Then I had to cancel the day before they were to come out. Bubbles was able to reschedule for 2 days later and at the time of day I needed. The company called to confirm that morning and the window washer showed up promptly. He worked efficiently and neatly -- left absolutely no mess. I'd definitely use this firm again.

The workers came on-time and completed all the work within a 2 hour window. The concrete looks great (in almost new condition) and the window wells look like a breath of fresh air (the window-wells had not been cleaned-out for close to 15 years). Would highly recommend Bubbles. Pricing was fair and the job was done well. Scheduling was easy and the workers were easy to work with.

Overall excellent. The appointment process was smooth. I had to reschedule and had no issues picking a date and time. The team arrived (2) on time as planned at 8am. Team were profession, clean and did a great job. The total price seemed high but compared to others Bubbles are competitive. And any cost is worth it if I don't have to clean the windows and get up on a ladder 2 the 2nd story gutters...to many bad stories from friends falling.

It went very well. We just moved into this house and the windows looked liked they had never been cleaned. It was a big job and the two technicians worked very hard and were very particular about the job they were doing. They cleaned out the gutters first then began on the window cleaning. They really did an excellent job. I gave them a B for price only because their rates seem a little high compared to what I have been used to, but the finished job was fabulous.

I called late in the afternoon to schedule a cleaning, and they had people there within 2 hours. It was a big job, and they took their time to do it right.

Called for an appointment and they were able to clean the gutters that afternoon.

They did a great job for a great price. No complaints at all.

We are so very pleased with the results of the cleaning and the quality of the services. We have been overseas the last three years, so the windows and screens were filthy as they have not been cleaned in our absence. The men arrived on time and worked relentlessly on three stories of windows and gutters. They also removed old security wires and tabs that other cleaners ignored over the years. Our windows are all sparkly clean and we will most defiantly use your company again for the next cleaning.

It went very well, they are very polite and professional.

Phone consultation was very helpful; phone rep addressed all questions clearly and concisely. Crew arrived on time and completed the job quickly and quietly. Work was done well; results were excellent and their speed and efficiency were exceptional. I recommend asking those working on interior windows to remove shoes when entering house if they plan to move frequently between inside and outside.

They were on time, fast, and efficient. Took way less than an hour for my 2 story home. I plan to have them back to clean the windows!

After reviewing Angie's list, I contacted Bubbles. Tried using their online form but for some reason it wasn't working, so I just called. Very pleasant woman answered the phone, took all the details, and said someone was available that day, in just a few hours. I said great. They said they would call me 10 minutes or so before someone arrived, and they did. Asael did a great job. Very professional, the windows look amazing. Was here for a long time, over 3 hours. Would definitely use them again. The only issue that I can say, is that he did not hose down the gutters after he cleaned them. He did say that there was very little to clean, so maybe he thought it wasn't necessary to run water through. Otherwise - terrific job!

i called, they came within an hour, they cleaned the gutters, they took the gunk that came out away. they said three of them were plugged but are all cleaned out now. very responsive, price seemed in range with other prices i saw online. i will have to wait until a hard rain to look and see if they are really running clear, but i assume they did what they said they did.

I had the inside and outside of the windows on a 2 story house cleaned. I paid extra to have the storm windows cleaned. I arranged this by e-mail and made it very clear I could not have anyone working in the early time slot of 8:00 a.m. and I had to leave for an appointment at 1:35 for an hour. I suggested they could do outside work while I was gone for my appt. I was told it would be morning, but would be second job so not 8:00 a.m. At 8:00 a.m., I got phone calls plus ringing doorbell as the Bubbles window person was here. I dragged myself out of bed in my pj's and ran downstairs to the door and yelled for him to come in. He showed me his order form indicating he he was be here at 8 a.m. sharp. I showed him the e-mail that said, do not send someone at 8:00 a.m. I let him stay to do the work but I was not happy about it. There were a couple windows he couldn't open and I tried to work them with a putty knife but I couldn't open them either, so they didn't get done, but he made sure I wasn't charged for them. Bubbles used to clean the inside of the window sill as part of the job but that isn't the case anymore. I went around vacuuming after he left. A few days afterwards, I noticed smudges on the windows here and there and am not sure what the story is with that. Also, in the past, I've had window washers that felt washing inside and out meant taking the picture window storm off and cleaning. That's the best way but that wasn't done this time. The man doing the work had a good attitude and worked hard. After he left, I noticed the storm window and screen from a bathroom window still sitting inside the bathroom so I called to have him come back to put it back. I had to wait until he completed his next job so it was a day where I was pretty much at the mercy of Bubbles. Follow-up with Bubbles was unacceptable. I felt they had no understanding of how I was put out by how poorly this job was handled, from scheduling to completion. The only offer they had was to send someone out to clean the sills, for which they would charge me. By that time, I had already vacuumed the window ledges and sills and I had no interest in having them come out. Other questions, like the proper cleaning of the picture windows was left unanswered.

There were very efficient and professional. They showed up ontime and actually completed the work faster than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This was the first time we used Bubbles. They did a great job. The gutters look very clean (I can see some of the gutters from our upstairs windows) and they left no debris on the ground. I've asked them to add my name to their reminder list. I'm planning to use them again this fall.
