Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

He did an excellent job. Very fast and thorough. We have a two story house and having someone do such a good job of cleaning the outside of the windows was great. He offered to clean the storms and screens but we skipped that. He did a good job of cleaning the window tracks though.

Two employees came to clean the inside and outside of 13 windows, 1 storm door, and 3 ceiling fans. They worked very quietly, quickly but very thorough. They also included cleaning the door that leads to the backyard, which has 9 smaller square windows. They used their own supplies and ladders. They cleaned the outside of 3 basement windows. The tech gave the estimate for cleaning the ceiling fans onsite. He charged $10 for all three, possibly because the ceiling is not very high, the fans are small, and they were not very dirty. The service was great overall. I would use this company again.

I called Bubbles and scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out as this was what I preferred. They allowed the use of a $50 off coupon for each of the 2 areas to be power washed. Two workers arrived on time and set to work. They were very polite. They were to power wash the patio and garage floor. They comopleted the job in about 1.5 hrs. This was the first time we ever had any power washing done. We were pleased with the results on our patio. Most of what we had there was dark mildew stains which were removed completely. However, we were very disappointed in the results on the garage floor. After reading Bubbles website we felt assured that they would be able to get 80%-90% of the stains out of our garage floor given their "expert power washers". As it turned out most all of the stains remain on our floor. I was told by one of the workers that this was because the stains went under the surface of the floor through tiny cracks. This may be true, I don't know but, I have yet to see a cement floor without cracks so is this their defense to all their clients? But, I believed what they said on their website that they know how to remove the daily stains that occur on garage floors. Even the food stains from a leaky garbage can still remain on the floor. The most I can say is that it's clean because I saw them do the job, but it doesn't look any different than when they came. Also, maybe I was naive but I didn't realize that everything 5 feet above the area being power washed would get soaked. Now all the windows anywhere near my patio need washing. I was glad that we decided to paint the inside garage walls AFTER having the floor done and not before. They should really state this to the customer when setting up the appointment. Many people are not aware of what is involved in power washing. As a result of the experience, in the future, we would consider getting our patio done again but we would never spend the money to have this done on a garage floor.

Professional, efficient and expensive.

We had a mess! Maple trees were growing in forests level clusters in our gutters. We just moved in and doubt the gutters had been cleaned in 3-4 years. Bubbles did an extraordinary job and responded to our request for help within one day. We will be using them again. THANK YOU!

Excellent service. Prompt scheduling, and flexible rescheduling when rain came. Danny was very professional, prompt and worked hard to clean some very dirty windows. I will be calling Bubbles again!

I called Bubbles to schedule gutter cleaning. I got a live person (!) when I called. She quoted a price based on my house being a one story ranch. She gave me a $10 discount for being an Angie's List member. She also told me the workers would leave the debris in plastic garbage bags for me to dispose of. I wasn't at home when they arrived and did the work. I can see that the gutters are clean, though. (There were little plants growing in the gutters -- they were overdue for cleaning.) The workers didn't leave the trash bags -- they must have taken it with them. They left the invoice for me. I will definitely use their services for gutter cleaning again.

Our windows look FABULOUS! I do this once a year and Bubbles has done this for us twice. They did a great job!

This was my 3rd time using bubbles for gutter cleaning and the last!! I called to make an appt. and the response time and customer service over the phone was great BUT the actual work was HORRIBLE. They came out while I was work and when I returned home that evening I was mortified at the absolute disaster of debris that was left all over my property. First of all they left two OVER stuffed and ripped garbage bags on my front lawn with dirt oozing out of it over my freshly cut lawn! Who does that!! Then the driveway had broken branches from the gutter strewn all over it, not to mention the dirt left in my rocks surrounding my hostas. I was furious to say the least. I phoned the office and demanded a decrease in my bill and was sent to a manager who called me right away. She apologized for the service and was very understanding. I sent photos to her email and she stated not to touch the mess because she was sending a different crew to do the clean up. They arrived at 7:00 am today and separated and moved the garbage bags and cleaned up the mess. i was very pleased with their response time and the clean up job, but still unhappy that their staff would perform such a bad job in the first place! I was not offered a discount on my service, which I believe I deserved.

they arrived on time and worked quickly, there were 2 workers, and they cleaned the inside and outside of all windows and washed the screens. I would definitely hire them again. It was more expensive than I thought but it was because we have multi-pained windows, more expensive to wash. They didn't ask me or indicate that when I signed up and it might be a good idea to ask people if they have those windows so they'll be prepared to pay more.

Service was fine, but this is the third time in four years that I have used Bubbles. By some sort of miracle, the number of windows I have each time grows and therefore pushes me into the higher price bracket. 3 years ago my total cost was ~$140, 2 years ago it was ~$225, and this year it was $358. Ridiculous. I will never use them again.

Fernando was able to clear out the blockage that we knew was in the second story gutter. The remaining gutters were flushed out, and the sky lights look clean. We are satisfied with the outcome. The reason I gave a B for punctuality is that I would have appreciated a call to let me know that the serviceman would be arriving later than the scheduled time.

Bubbles Window Washing and Gutter Cleaning have been doing it for us for a few years. Nothing really stands out, they come and they go. They seem to do a good job.

The technician was friendly and professional.He went all around the house, including the flat roof and cleaned thoroughly.

This was a pleasant experience for us from beginning to end in both cases. The person that handled the initial contact was extremely professional and did a great job in explaining their services. The crew doing the work arrived as scheduled and did a great job. Our deck was extremely dirty and they made the wood look like it was a new deck. The gutters at both homes were cleaned as expected. It was a huge relief to be able to count on someone to do these jobs for us.

Fernando arrived on time. He was very professional and hard working. The job was done efficiently and my windows look fantastic! I was looking for a company that was licensed, bonded and insured so I knew I was going to have to pay a little more. I am very happy with the work and would use them again.

I emailed them for a quote and received a response within 3 hours on a holiday weekend. We exchanged a few emails and I told them to do it. They came the next day when we were not home and left us a bill. They are higher than some but very professional and insured. I will use them again next year.

The gutter cleaning seemed to go fine. We were told we did not have to be home for the service and that they would leave a bag with the gutter debris, they actually ended up taking the bag with them.

The men were an hour and half past the 4 hour time window we were given. They said it was because of an early morning rain that slowed them down. Once they arrived, they worked well and did a good job.

They were fast and efficient. Their schedule of services was appropriate. They did the job within a couple of hours. I would do business with them again.
