 + -1 moreI scheduled a work through them and they didn't come the first time they were supposed to come. They came with one guy who was supposed to be a crew but he couldn't do the work that he has. Then they rescheduled it for the following week and they came again with 2 people but they didn't bring the proper equipment so they couldn't do the work without it. They came the third time and they were able to do the work but their bill was 43 percent greater than the first time they did my windows. But before they did all the work, I asked them how much will it cause and they said it's similar the way it was in 2012. Aside from that, they charged my credit card with additional $60. My experience terrible and I'm not going to them anymore. Though, the quality was worth the work they did and they did the work fine but they had to come 3 times to the staff. They couldn't schedule it properly and every time I complain about what's going on, they couldn't fix it.

 + 0 moreScheduling an appointment for a late fall gutter cleaning was straightforward. No workers arrived on the designated day and nobody from the company called to notify us of the schedule change. Three days later I received an email asking how my service went, suggesting that different parts of this company do not talk to one another. We have been frustrated with repeated sales calls and emails, including after asking them to remove us from their list.
Description of Work: Scheduled gutter cleaning but did not arrive to do the work.

 + 0 moreMy initial review was negative because Bubbles' employees left a 2 bags of heavy, wet leaves in my driveway. Since it was March, and my village only has leaf pickup service in the Fall season, I was stuck with them. I complained and Bubbles made a complete refund. I even suggested a 1/2 refund would be fair, but Bubbles insisted on a 100% refund. This is a company that made an honest mistake and more than made it right. I'll definitely use them again to clean my gutters and also plan to have them out to clean my windows.
Description of Work: Bubbles was unable to clean my gutters until late March because of Chicago's record snowfall. They were finally able to schedule an appointment this past week. I'm assuming my gutters were properly cleaned, as I don't plan to climb my roof to find out.

 + 0 moreI called Bubbles to clean the gutters in the beginning of November, they set an appointment for early December. It got too cold and they said they could not clean my gutters. So I had to find another company that was willing to work harder.. They know that they have a fixed amount of time to clean gutters after the leaves fall and before the temperature gets too cold. They did not work hard enough or at all during this period and I suffered . They should have worked mornings, evenings and weekends. They customer service is horrible, they are way too expensive. I will never use them again.

 + 1 moreI called Bubbles to do my gutter cleaning because they claimed they also do repair. I have a gutter that isn't draining well and wanted someone to clear debris from all the gutters and fix that particular portion. I explained this when I made the call -- and the very nice person on the phone specifically assigned a person who can do repairs. I would not be home during the work, so I gave my cell number because they wanted to call and get permission to do the repairs once they knew what was needed and how much work it would be and how much it would cost. All very reasonable. They came on the day scheduled and cleaned the gutters. I did not get a phone call. No repairs were made. I knew they came, because there was a bag of debris on my back patio. I was surprised by this -- I thought at the least they could have taken the debris to the curb. And they left bits all over the area around my house. To be fair, they sent me an email a couple weeks later, asking about my experience, and I never got around to replying. Angie's List sent me a message asking me to review Bubbles, so here it is. The experience wasn't horrible, but not great, either. Therefore, I give them a C.

 + -1 moreHad a cleaning on October 15th. Looked at the downspout that weekend and it was clogged. Sent an e-mail to Sameera Mirza, Customer Care Representative. After two weeks of no response, I followed up again and they apologized for the delay and 'would look into it.' A week passed and I was told: (Exact e-mail.) "When I talked to the management team they told me that this concern was under investigation. They told me they will come up with a decision and let me know. I will let you know how we can rectify the situation. So sorry for the delay. Thank you, Sameera" Under investigation? It's a clogged gutter that would take 2 minutes to fix. Since it took a month and was still 'under investigation' I told them do not come back, I would clean it myself. Avoid this business at all cost. Mistakes happen, and this could have easily been fixed with a short return visit. Instead, for some reason, they felt it was not worth their time.

 + -1 moreI had to contact them for a status update. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a service provider. I will go out of my way to tell people not to use this company for any service if this is their idea of customer service.
Description of Work: I had contacted Bubbles to have my father's gutters cleaned. Granted it was late in the season as I called the Friday after Thanksgiving, November 29th. They said they were booked until December 12th and they scheduled the appointment for that date. The morning of December 12th I received a message indicating that the weather was too cold and they would not be able to clean the gutters. While this was understandable, the weather had been cold for several days, so I'm not sure why they waited until the actual day to cancel the appointment. In addition, at no tim when I booked the service did they indicate that this would be a possibility. When I spoke to the representative on the 12th, they explained to me that they had not been able to clean gutters for several days so they were backed up and would be servicing indivduals in the order of cancelled appointments as the weather allowed. This also made sense and again, no one explained that this could possibly take until spring. I recieved no status updates on the service so I contacted them today, December 23rd as the weather had been warm for a few days over the past week so I was interested to know when we might expect our appointment. The individual I spoke with was rather abrupt and said that the technicians were off and it would be likely in the spring. I think what I find the most frustrating is that no one from the company informed me of this possibility and apparently found it acceptable not to call to say that they wouldn't be coming out until the spring.

We were so impressed with the service that we hired Bubbles to power wash our very mossy and rather getting-too-gothic-for-comfort back patio. Once again, an outstanding job! They arrived precisely at 9:00 on a Saturday, and did fantastic work power washing washing our deck. We would refer friends and family to Bubbles, and are glad we found a hard working and reliable roofer.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. We called them and they came out the same day. It was approximately an hour and a half after the call that Asael came. He was very polite and very efficient. He cleaned the gutters, they were full of dirt and debris. When he was done, he ran water down the down spouts to make sure they were clear. The overall experience with Asael was excellent.

We waited at our house (home from work) for the entire afternoon during the scheduled time window, and Bubbles never came. We called (they never called us), and they said they were running late and needed to reschedule. How valuable is 4 hours of your time away from the office? Bubbles offered us $10 off the rescheduled appointment. I bill significantly more than that as an attorney. Unprofessional, unacceptable, a waste of half a day.

 + -1 moreI will not be using Bubbles again... 1 They canceled on the day the work was to be done. Employee was sick?? I would expect them to pay someone overtime to perform the work scheduled. It all about customer service, right? 2 Rescheduled; since the rescheduled day was on a day I had to work, they agreed to call me about some minor gutter repair. Service Privider never called to discuss repair so the repair work was never done. 3 Work completed receipt was left in the door I don't use often so I didn't even know if the work was completed. They did note on the receipt I needed to replace my gutters - I don't think it is necessary, but if they would have called we could have discussed this. One good thing, the receptionist did apoolgize when I called to pay.

 + -1 moreThe 2 man crew (Miguel and Oscar) were at my house at 8am as promised by the scheduler. They did a good job of cleaning the windws, screens and tracks. Where they failed was in the follow-up of their work. The windows in the front of my house have removable mullions (those are the criss-cross pieces of wood that make the window look like small panes). They forgot to replace them in the living room and dining room. they also left all of the drapes open and lights on in every room. When they came to me for payment they seemed to be in a big hurry to leave. I told them I wanted to check everything out before I paid them. This is when I noticed all of the above mentioned items. Also, in their rush to leave they also caught a few of the drapery sheers in the screen track of the window. No damage, just another annoyance. While the quality work was good, they need to be coached on following up on the job so the customer does'nt have to. They were also a little pricey but not outrageous.
Description of Work: Washed approximately 35 windows (both inside and out) along with screens and window tracks.
