Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

We had them out twice over the past six months. Each time a different person came out and each time they arrived on time and performed an excellent job.

They did a good job. I would hire them again.

It was a good experience. They did a good job with the windows.

Two red flags when I called to make appointment. 1) "We might be there Monday, we might not, we are very busy." 2) Reservation taker told me it was their policy to tell me that the bags after cleaning may not be taken away. Some workers remove the gutter trash, some do not. My question: if it's your policy to tell me you don't know if the gutter trash will be taken away, why doesn't Bubbles make it their policy to take it away? Worker did in fact show up on Monday. However, he overfilled the cheapest, flimsiest garbage bags with gutter trash so the bags ripped and my son and I had to pick up the loose, smelly gutter trash off our driveway. Not happy that I paid for the service and I still had to clean up.

Very poor communication. Took our credit card to guarantee the appointment and have yet to show up. My mom spent two whole days camped out. Never came. Never called.

Our house was a mess on the outside due to years of exposure to trees overhanging and runoff from the roof tiles. Contacted Bubbles and they arrived early with all of the right equipment. It took near to two and a half hours to power clean the outside and clean 22 windows on our two story residence. We were concerned that our flower garden around the house would be damaged from the ladders and our German Shepherd pet might be harmed. They put us completely at ease during their pre-start briefing. Excellent company,excellent work.

Called and they explained the service well and asnwered my questions. Priced it out. On day of service, servicemen came and went right to work. They cleared out years of leaves from our gutters from our old home with high roofs without issue. They were energetic, and effective. They blew most of the debris away and hauled it away as well. They tested all the downspouts. Since it was a dry day, they used airblowers.

They had an A rating, but their work was unimpressive. the first day they provided the service, they didn't clean all our gutters completely. They missed a couple of spots after we did an inspection of their work. we called for them to come back and re-do the service. After a day, they came back and cleaned the missed spots. However, when we inspected the gutters, they did 80 percent of the job. Some of the gutters were still not completely cleaned. For us, quality service is fulfilling 100 percent of the requirements, and doing the job right, the first time. We will not hire them again, we're disappointed. The affordable price was good though.

They were wonderful. Everything was done when I came home. The garbage bags were out by the curb and the down spouts were flushed out.

I looked for service providers on Angies list and found this company that was local. I called at 830am and they were out before noon and did a excellent job.

Someone from Bubbles called me to see if I wanted to schedule for a gutter cleaning (the last one was in the fall). They came out two days earlier than we scheduled (not sure why). They usually tell me while we're on the scheduling phone call that the guys will leave the bag of debris for the customer to take to the trash, but the bag of debris this time was so small that the guys took it with them. The really nice task the guys did this time (that the Bubbles crew hadn't done before) was to clean & wipe down the gutters after they finished cleaning them on the inside. (This was Mario, Jorge, and Ozzy.) I was outside for a moment when I saw them cleaning the outer part of the gutters with cloths. The gutters were so clean! (We don't have a ladder to get that high to reach them. These guys did it either from the roof or from an extension ladder.) After telling them how great the gutters looked I asked the guys if Bubbles' crews always wiped down the gutters to clean the outside, too. They said they were all new to Bubbles and that they liked to clean the outside of the gutters because the customers really like how the gutters look afterward. I give these guys a gold star for going above and beyond. And I thought the gutters were permanently stained. They were just dirty!

They were fine. That was on our new place we had already bought. They did that and we were very satisfied with them. They did a good job and they did the sills and everything. It is one storey, but we have six foot of window height.

It was perfect. They always do a good job. They're easy to get along with. The technician who came out was very friendly. They did a good job.

The crew of two men did an excellent job of cleaning our windows and screens.

They showed on time on the scheduled date and they performed their cleaning job quick and neat! After they done with the cleaning, they walked me around the house explain to me the job that had been performed and problems they had found. The only thing I want to mention is they promised to give my a quote for the repair work in next day or 2, but I haven't heard from them yet! I called up the office and lady promised to call me back but she never did. And that was 6 weeks ago!!! Other than that, they did they cleaning job 100%!

I was very pleased. Silvario & his nephew Roger were pleasant, professional and very thorough. They had their own hoses, ladders, bags, etc., & despite the chilly weather they made sure I was pleased with their work. We've used Bubbles before & get a different crew each time. The prices have always been fair & they send coupons for gutters/windows. We use the Lisle, IL company.

They were very prompt and professional. They even changed a spotlight for me which was high up when I requested. I am going to hire them again this summer.

The cleaning was fine and the guy was nice, but the price for less than 6 hours of work was $610, which seemed excessive to me. The guy detailed all the different cost from mullions on the window to paint on a bunch of the windows that was cleaned off, so i understand where he came up with the price based on their fee structure. It just seems to me that their extras for each item really add up and considering that it took one guy less than 6 hours, I think their price of $610 was excessive. I called to tell them the same, but they just went over all of the extras. So, lesson learned. Stay away from these guys unless you are prepared to be charged a lot to have your windows cleaned.

He did a good job on the windows, but half of my work order wasn't done. He told me he had contacted his supervisor and someone would get back to me to reschedule a technician with the proper equipment to come out. 24 hours later, I called the company and instead of apologizing and brainstorming how this work could be finished, I was given a song and dance about how they didn't have enough ladders or technicians to do the work. Well, that's just great! I was told that when I originally called in the order, what the operator meant when she said the chandelier and other pieces would be 'quoted" on site (that's fair - they can't tell the scope of the job until they see it), she actually meant to say it will be "evaluated" on site - as to whether or not they could do it! Ok. So the customer now has to read minds! Also, this company has cleaned these chandeliers before, so why would I think there would suddenly be a problem? I don't know what happened to this company, I have used and recommended them wholeheartedly in the past - but that's over now!

I set up an appointment for a Saturday afternoon between 1-4 pm. Nobody ever showed up or called to tell me why. I called the office on Monday morning and they said they ran behind and couldn't get to my appointment and "somebody should have called me". However, they did not. I agreed to reschedule for the following Saturday with the same appointment window. At about 2:15 pm, I got a call to again say that they would not be able to get to my appointment and did I want to reschedule yet again. I declined the service the third time. My weekend time is very valuable and I wasn't going to waste another Saturday waiting on them.

This company was scheduled to come to my house to clean my windows yesterday so I took the day off of work. Two hours before they were scheduled to arrive they called and said they had an emergency and wouldn't be able to come. VERY disappointing as I took the day off!!

Gutters were cleaned out OK - BUT 1) we were told that the leaves, etc found in the gutters would be bagged and taken away. They may have taken some of the leaves with them, but there were clearly a lot of leaves left on the ground that I had to clean up myself. 2) The guys were not careful at all. I observed them dragging the hose right through the middle of one of my ornamental bushes and broke several branches off of it, leaving it totally misshapen 3) Their customer service department sent me a follow up email to see how the service went. I noted the issue with the broken bush and they did not even reply. Terrible customer service. I will not use them again.

I called to get a price quote to compare against my current window washer who does a great job. Bubbles was WAY out of the league with their prices. I have 41 windows, they wanted $229.00 to just wash 35-49 windows, just wash in and out. That did NOT include screens or anything else. They wanted $2.00 per screen to brush it off, or $3.00 per screen to wash them outside. They wanted $3.00 per window to clean the track of debri. My bill would have been too high. I guess I will stick to what I have :)

They had a good price. I think they did an excellent job. They had good follow up and good customer service. I would use them again if I needed to.

I phoned the company the morning of Friday the 19th around 8;30 AM. The woman that took my call was courteous and knowledgeable. After describing my requirements, she told me they could do the work and that a crew was in my area would be out later that day. Since I had planned to be home all day anyway, I agreed. I was quoted a reasonable price and gave my credit card information. The only downside came later that day when around 5:00 PM, the crew had not yet arrived. I phoned the company and I believe I spoke with the same woman. I told her the crew had not yet shown up and she asked me told hold while she checked on the crew's status. After about a minute, she returned, apologizing profusely, explaining that the crew had been delayed on their current assignment and asked me that due to the lateness of the afternoon hour if it would be alright to re-schedule for the following morning (Sat). I agreed Shortly before 10:00 AM Saturday, a crew of three men arrived. They were courteous and professional, had all the equipment they needed and worked effectively. The job took about 30 - 45 minutes and they cleaned up everything before leaving. I'll probably call the again before the snow flies.
