Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

The tech arrived at 4pm - the arrival window was 12-4 so I did not start out happy. But it was worth the wait- Danny did an amazing, professional and fast job on my 30+ windows. He did all the screens and windows plus 2 skylights. I would use Bubbles again and I highly recommend DANNY.

I have used Bubbles for several years. They are always professional and do a very good job of washing the windows. We also had our skylights done on our two story house and they come out very well. My only suggestion is that they should where the paper "booties" when they do the inside windows.

We use them twice a year. My husband schedule an appointment and they just show up and clean. They are very professional. They are good. They do the job, they do it well. I haven't had any problem with them.

I communicated with the service rep for 2 weeks to make an appointment because our schedules only allow us to have the windows cleaned today. The window cleaner was supposed to show up between 10 to 2 but we received a cancellation call after 1:30. The rep on the phone told us that they were still working on the first job of the day because it was a lot more than they had expected. They offered to reschedule for another week and a small discount but it doesn't work with our busy schedules. It is very disappointing that we had to wait around most of the day and then find out at the last minute that they could not come because they could not schedule their jobs correctly and did not let us know any earlier. According to the rep, the job after ours was getting cancelled as well.

Bubbles provided us Wilber Arteaga and his crew, and they were excellent. Courteous and businesslike. Upon arrival, Wilber confirmed our order, suggested the extra sash-cleaning service (which I am happy I accepted), and got after it. Nice job done efficiently and with good teamwork among crew members. Will use Bubbles again, and will request Wilber and his crew.

They charged me $70 to unblock the one gutter and inspect all the other gutters. They were prompt, and did a good job. They did not try to tell me that other gutters were blocked so that they could charge me the full $165. Instead they were honest and only charged me for what I needed.

Bubbles was very professional. The service person arrived on time, was thorough, and cleaned up everything. They were a little more expensive than the deals on Angie's List, but that was a tradeoff with having them arrive on time, I think.

I have used Bubbles several times now to wash all my windows on two story house, and to clean the gutters. They are really good. The windows are spotless and they are prompt and professional. I have been extremely happy with their service for a couple of years now. They also call to schedule twice a year and offer a discount for return customers.

Service went very well. They did an excellent job cleaning the gutters, which have not been cleaned in two plus years. They bagged all the leaves and took them with when they left. My only complaint would be that we scheduled the service for the 23rd, but they showed up on the 22nd. Overall, not the worst thing that could happen, but when you don't expect someone to come by and put a ladder up against your house, it can be a bit startling. But it was a good problem to have. I would highly recommend them to other people. They were very fair on price and willing to be flexible on price.

They were supposed to clean my gutters but the gutters still had leaves in them and they did not flash the down spout. They were supposed to throw the leaves in bags but instead they threw them into my flower beds. When they were cleaning the gutters they probably damage the gutters. They are too expensive and they are supposed to do what they said that they would do.

My gutters had ice and many leaves. I made an appt. which needed to be rescheduled due to freezing weather, but all turned out great. I believe his name was Art and he did a wonderful, very thorough job. I would gladly recommend Bubbles Window Washing and Gutter Cleaning.

It was good. The technician came and did all the work and we came back in to a cleaner home. It was simple, efficient, and the price was reasonable.

Overall I was very impressed with Bubbles services. I called on the Saturday before work was scheduled. They answered right away. The rep was nice and knowledgeable. The price and discounts were provided and work scheduled the first Monday at 8am. The two man crew arrived early. They quickly got to work cleaning the gutters next power washing the house and lastly cleaning the outside windows on the entire house. The work took about two and half hours. The men were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My house and windows are still shiny clean, I am very pleased. The only issue to note was the price I was quoted with discounts was not charged on my credit card. I was charged full price. I had to call back twice in order to receive credits issued back to my credit card. The reps I talked to were both courteous and in the end provided all the discounts I was originally quoted. I will use these services again and highly recommend.

They were prompt, courteous and respectful inside the house. When the power washing didn't remove discoloration on the white siding, they applied bleach and washed it by hand. The crew leader left a sweater behind and I called the company the next day but never heard back from them so I still have the sweater.

We had hired Bubbles to wash our exterior windows before. I couldn't recall any issues, so I hired them again. They had a record of previous work, quoted me $150 for the whole job. As soon as they guys arrived, they told me I had more windows than I was quoted for. I asked how could that be? They had been out before. They said maybe there was a mistake. Now the job was going to cost more. Ok... As they finished up the job, I realized the stickers on the new windows were still on the windows. Now they were wet after having been washed over. I asked them why they hadn't removed the stickers. Their response was that it costs extra. $1.00 per sticker. Are you serious? They did me a favor and removed the stickers anyway. But left the stickers on the ground all around my property. And the one interior sticker was in crumbled bits on the floor of my daughter's room. Why didn't they just throw the stickers away? I also asked about the random paint on the windows (my husband was painting) and they said it would be another $4 to scrape away the unwanted paint. Upon further inspection (they did have me look at the windows before they left, and all looked fine) I found dried up dirty water on the window sills. Why didn't they wipe up the water residue after cleaning? If you're looking for a business that charges for every little thing....this is the place for you. A lot of hidden costs. If you're looking for a professional window cleaner that gets the job done and has your windows looking better than they did before including random things like stickers and little bits paint on the windows...this is not the place for you.

Hector did a great job. He is very nice and conscientious. He worked quickly and thoroughly, and the everything looking beautiful. I would absolutely have Hector back again.

I have a tall window in the stairwell - the window washer took down the blind and broke the bracket. However, the company took care of the cost to repair the blind and provided a credit for the next service. Karen

It was the first time we used them. We have nothing to compare them to. They just did the job appropriately. They were punctual and professional. They charged appropriate market price. They cleaned the windows and so far, it is fine. I have no complaints. They did the job that we wanted them to do and they did it well.

I have a wooded lot and leaves accumulate in the gutters very quickly. I really appreciate the reasonable price!

My call was answered by a real person right away -- no waiting on the phone. An appointment was made for two days later to wash my windows, storms, screens and sashes. I was given a cost estimate. The day before the appointment I saw that they were predicting thunderstorms. I was concerned for the safety of the window washing crew handling my metal windows and standing on ladders in lightning, so called and requested to change the appointment. The call was answered immediately again, and the gal was extremely pleasant and helpful. Not a problem to change the date to the next day! The day of the appointment the crew called to verify that they were coming on time. They arrived on time, came in and checked out how many windows, verified what I wanted done, the cost as had been discussed on the phone when I made the appointment, and went straight to work. The crew did a marvelous job. I was concerned about the old rusted screws holding the storm windows one, but it did not phase the cleaners. They knew exactly what they were doing. My windows sparkled and I am extremely pleased. I don't think the windows have ever looked so good. I would hire again.

My experience with Bubbles was alright but not great. When I called I really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness. I was able to secure an appointment in the near future and all of the services were described well along with the costs. I was given an appointment window of 11-3. Unfortunately, after waiting 11-3, no one came and no one called so I called and was told they were on their way. They arrived at 4. They cleaned the windows quickly and seemed to do an okay job. I was surprised they didn't bring any supplies beyond their window cleaning stuff, they used my own step ladder to reach windows inside my house. Given that there is a per screen and per track additional cleaning cost, I expected a little more thoroughness than the quick wipe-downs but for the most part the cleaning looked pretty good. The guys cleaning the windows were friendly and nice, which I appreciate when you have people coming inside your home.
