Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

The appointment itself went very well. The workers arrived on time and did a nice job. Scheduling the appointment was a little difficult - it was rescheduled twice, once due to weather and once because of another job.

Phone scheduling was very nice and professional. I had the gutter cleaning scheduled a week out. They called when they were on their way and they were extremely nice. The tech that came was very punctual. But that's where it went downhill fast. The tech didn't bring ladders. I was rather confused since ladders are kind of an essential tool to cleaning gutters, right? So he said he was sorry and that another tech would be on their way. Not a big deal to me at all. So I'm waiting at home, no tech, no call. I called in after a few hours of waiting and I was told that no one was coming out. They had no techs in the area and that I would have to schedule another week out. I said, no thanks, that's your screw up not mine. What got to me, and why I though this was extremely unprofessional, was to make me believe that another tech was coming when in fact no one was and that no one had bothered to call me to reschedule or to apologize. I went with another gutter cleaning company and I was satisfied. They were professional and they were less money.

The office contacted that the technician was on the way. Hector did an excellent job and checked with me twice when he was half way done and then when the job was completed to ensure that everything perfect. I will denfinely use them again in the future.

Fabulous!!! The results are spectacular! From start to finish, the team from Bubbles was very pleasant and professional. They responded in a timely manner to my questions, and provided me with a choice of dates for the booking. I appreciated the fact that they called in advance to confirm that the technician was on his way. He, too, was professional and courteous... and the job that he did was outstanding! I will definitely use them again... and I'll make the same recommendation to all friends, family... and even strangers. ;-)

Scheduling simple and they were very friendly. Did a great job after arriving exactly when they said they would.

Not very satisfied at all! After 2 attempts for service being canceled due to rain I scheduled a time a week out and the day before they send an email stating my time was canceled and they randomly give me a different time! Not acceptable. I then had to thencall a 4th time to change the time. Dirty water drippings were left below many windows. Outside lights very streaky they look smudged. In initial contact I requested a 2 story ladder in order to reach chandelier and they stated they forgot it when they arrived. I just needed the bulbs cleaned and dusted its not in any way an elaborate light. Will not use this company again although when contacted about paying with my credit card they did reduce my cost by $20.

They were able to accommodate my request for window cleaning on short notice. The technicians came on time and worked diligently to get the cleaning done. The admin/phone staff were very professional and kept me advised of a schedule change so I was able to re-arrange my schedule as well.

Fernando arrived on time and washed all the windows and sills in the living room. Great job--cleaned the area when he finished. Very pleased with the work.

Received call indicating the tech was ahead of schedule. Marco arrived promptly, was prefessional and did a fantastic job. My patio looked brand new. We were very pleased.

Ok. Guy that showed up cleaned out roof valleys. I assume he checked the gutters, but no debrief after he was done to be sure. Couldn’t find the skylights and once he did .... didn’t have the right “ladder” to clean. I don’t think he wanted to clean.

Was able to schedule them within 2 days of contacting them. They did a fantastic job cleaning windows as well as skylights. As we have grills on our windows, they handled this great in removing them and putting them back. Would definitely recommend them.

The men were on time and did a great job on cleaning and telling me what they were doing and why we had problems with the gutters and window wells. This is a new house for us and had been neglected by the prior owners. Great job helping us get this house back to order.

They were available fast, arrived on time, did a great job, working quietly and focused. They finished faster than I expected with sparkling clean results!

They did a very thorough job. Our bay windows have small panes with borders making them up, so there was some discrepancy of how they would be counted. However, when I called to discuss this prior to work being done, they discounted the cost $10 to make it right. Just be sure to know how they count windows, but it was handled properly, letting me know before the work was done. Overall, they did a great job, I think the price was fair, and I would hire them again.

Bubbles Window Washing was very responsive, professional, and courteous. They accommodated our changing schedule/needs without issue. The service was performed nicely, windows were very clean and streak free. The cost was higher than average (the next closest bid we received was about half the cost) but overall it was a positive experience.

The service was punctual. The staff courteous. They cleaned up well.

Francisco and helper efficiently accessed all the gutters on our 2 story home and our garage and cleaned them out. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They adhered to their original estimate despite the fact that due to our high ceilings, our home would be considered 2.5 story. Next time they would have to charge $60 more than this time.

They did some leave gutter mess on my porch and sidewalk. Not a lot but enough to be irritating. I used an Angie's List coupon for $175.00.

They are fast and quite professional. I am having them back to wash my windows too.

A few years ago they sent someone who was excellent. He washed both inside and outside windows. The price was reasonable, and he took his time to make sure everything was spotless. Two years ago I called them again. They sent two people who were just average. They didn't seem as concerned with the quality of their work and the price seemed high for only the outside Windows. When I called the company regarding this and asking about the more reasonable price for both inside and out the first time I used them, they said you get a deal when you ask for both sides to be done at the time of the initial order. I told them they should have stated this at the beginning.

it went perfect. Who would think you'd get excited over hiring someone to clean the gutters, but with Bubbles you will. First, they were so responsive. I contacted them thru Angies List and directly thru their website. This was on a Sunday, so I didn't expect a response until the work week started again, but within a couple of hours I received a message and was already scheduled to have the work done. I was also contacted directly from their office first thing Monday morning. They were very clear about pricing and when the work would be done. They also answered any questions I had. They were scheduled to be here tomorrow, but they called this afternoon saying they had someone in the area and could they send them over, so I said yes. They were here about 10 minutes later. The guy who came to do the work was very pleasant, helpful and professional. He did a great job. I am so very happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend them. I now have a company to be my go-to gutter cleaning company, which is nice because we live in a wooded area that requires us to have them cleaned twice a year. Thanks so very much.

It's been good. I've got them scheduled to come next week to do my windows and gutters. They are responsive and their lead time isn't very long.

Called beforehand to discuss what was needed as well as schedule the preferred time. On the day that was scheduled they called to confirm the time. Work was done very quickly and adequately. Would definitely use again.
