Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

Bubbles was able to get to me sooner than they thought. Tech cleaned the gutters, bagged the leaves and debris. A few days later there was a thunder storm with heavy rains. The gutters drained perfectly. I will be using Bubbles again and would recommend them.

The service from Bubbles was excellent. They arrived on the scheduled day and took care of it. Previous phone estimates were from $250-450. The guy from Bubbles apologized for charging me $100. Actually apologized.

Have used Bubbles to clean my gutters 3 times. They do a great job for a great price.

The two workers did a great job and cleaned up after the work was done.

The staff who did the work had poor communication skills and were very loud, enough to disrupt a phone call. The cleaning work on the windows was not the best in some areas, but good in others. I found water dripped on the floors, and the sills were not cleaned as I expected. I brought the windows and sills it to their attention, but I was basically dismissed. They used my water which of course the can, but didn't even ask where or anything to confirm usage and left water all over the patio. I was overcharged despite clarifying the cost/amount due with the workers and the person who processed my payment. I am so appalled that a different amount was charged. It took almost a week to process back. Very concerning extra amount was charged despite confirming the amount on the phone when I gave credit card for the amount of $265, and then immediately billed $295 minutes later. I also had a written quote for the work before it started, and no change was made to it before the work was performed, and I even asked it they needed to check the quote before the work started. (I asked, they did not, and they said no.) I had to call back and let them know I was overcharged, I feel like they were hoping I would miss it. This leave me with a very bad feeling about this company. After all this, I looked from outside of house at the windows, and I see drip marks all over my siding as if he wet screens and/or water from this sill drained all over our siding. Looks worse than clean windows.

Service was excellent. Many casement, bay and dormer windows with hard-to-manage screen panels (100+ year old house on four floors). Screens were handled carefully and securely replaced. Glass was immaculate. Took several hours but was quite inexpensive.

This project went very well. The team leader was a pro, knew his windows and screens, and had a keen eye. He and his partner arrived on time, walked around the property with me for issues/concerns, got right down to business, and did a thorough and meticulous job. Did not realize what a positive difference it would make! Should have done it sooner.
