I AM SORRY THAT THE MEMBER DID NOT UNDERSTAND, I DID TRY TO TELL HIM WE DO NOT WORK WITH SNOW AND ICE ON THE GROUND, AND SOLID ICE IN GUTTER. WE ARE NOT UNPREDICTABLE, BUT THE WEATHER IS. WE HAVE DONE GUTTER CLEANING FOR HIM SEVERAL TIMES, THE COST WAS $125. I DO NOT PROMISE ANYTHING AT THIS TIME OF YEAR. WE ARE NOT GOING TO PUT ANYONE IN DANGER IF THERE IS ICE AND WE DO NOT WANT TO DAMAGE ANYONES GUTTERS THAT ARE FROZEN. THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLAIN.

THEY SAID THEY DON''T MAKE APPOINTMENTS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY CAN''T PERFORM THE JOB IF IT IS RAINING OR SNOWING, SO IT COULD BE ANY TIME IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS. AFTER ABOUT A WEEK, IT SNOWED AND THE SNOW STUCK AROUND FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS, SO I DIDN''T EXPECT THEM TO COME AT THAT TIME. IT HAS NOW BEEN ABOUT TWO WEEKS SINCE THE SNOW HAS MELTED, AND THEY HAVE NOT COME OR FOLLOWED UP TO TELL ME THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO COME SOON OR SEE IF I STILL NEEDED THEIR SERVICE.
