Description of Work: A&M patched and painted walls, installed new window casings and put up tiled back splashes in both of the kitchens in my two-flat. Their quality of work turned out to be well beyond my expectations, the workers were punctual and polite, and their price point was lower than anticipated. I'm having my bathrooms redone next year and already plan on having A&M out to complete those as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Description of Work: AM Remodeling patched a hole, approximately 2 feet by 40 inches in the bathroom ceiling caused by a plumbing problem. New drywall was installed. They also repaired another part of the ceiling in which the taping was very visible. They did a beautiful job...it looks better now then it did before the plumbing accident. Very professional...cleaned the job site when finished.

Description of Work: Scheduled backsplash tile work with Martin and everything was perfect. Communication was outstanding and he answered the phone whenever I called. Courteous worker came by and did 9 hrs of work for a great price. This was 1"x1" glass tile and was pretty tedious, which is why I contracted this out. I would definitely do work with this contractor again.

+ 15 moreI contacted A&M remodeling for an estimate and Martin came out the same day. He was prompt and professional, and right away I felt comfortable with him. He took time listening to all of the details that I wanted accomplished. He offered several great suggestions, many of which I had not thought of. I talked to several contractors for this project and A&M had the lowest bid. I decided on A&M because of the extremely reasonable price, and because Martin was patient and knowledgeable during the estimate. I honestly was a little nervous that the reasonable price would lead to a sacrifice in quality, but this was not the case. A&M produces top quality work. A&M's crew is polite, efficient, and neat. They take care of your belongings and clean up after themselves each day. If there is something that needs addressing, Martin will make sure they do it, and he will not make you feel bad for asking. I can be really picky, and he addressed every single one of my requests. The price above included all labor and some materials. It was very reasonable considering all of the work that was done. I would definitely use A&M again in the future!
Description of Work: Remodeled entire house. Gutted entire kitchen, replaced cabinets, installed appliances, installed backsplash, drywalled, painted, leveled floor, installed ceramic floor tile. Gutted 2 bathrooms which included removing old fixtures, drywalling, tiling, replacing fixtures, painting. Installed new hardwood floors on 1st floor. Refinished existing wood floors on 2nd floor. Replaced baseboard. Replaced all doors in house. Stained and repaired deck. Regrouted tile in 3rd bathroom and replaced fixtures. Painted entire house. Installed light fixtures. Framed out walls where needed. Provided landscaping services including tree trimming and tree removal. Services also included several additional jobs such as building shelves, doing concrete work. and installing window treatments.

+ 4 moreMartin is the owner. He runs a pretty tight shift. He told me that the guys would be here at a certain time, and they were here on time. They were very intelligent and hardworking, which was nice to see. The quality of workmanship was good. I think they vary between good and very good. If there is any issue with what they have done, they will correct it. He does not ask any questions. He is extremely easy to work with. I think it is a quality company. We spoke to quite a few companies on Angie?s list, and they came up with the lowest bid. I was a little concerned about that, but once I met him and gained a little understanding on how professional he was I realized this is the guy is one who provides good service for a decent price. That is what he has done so far and is almost finishing the work.
Description of Work: I used A&M Remodeling Co for basement remodeling. They are still doing the job and have completed about 90% of it. They are doing drywall, carpentry, and painting.

I did not have a plan fully developed. Martin took the time to listen to my needs and wants and then made great suggestions that really made sense. You can tell martin has much experience and he loves what he does. They were clean and neat all thrue the job and the final results where beyond our expectations.
