Wright Restoration

Everything went great.  Wright Restoration is very professional and did an extremely good job and remediating any possible mold that may have been in my attic.  They worked quickly and really did a nice job with everything.  The resulting job was thoroughly done and they ended up giving good advice and information about preventing any issues in the future.
They did a great job and I would recommend them again to anyone.
The only reason that I gave a "B" on price is because it was an expensive service but it needed to be done.  I think the pricing was fair given the amount of work that was done.

Chris and Kyle came out the day after inspection and were thorough, polite, respectful of property and seemed knowledgeable about the treatment of mold. I was very impressed with both service team professionals. The owner of the company, Robert Wright, is also knowledgeable about mold and very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this company to address your mold issues. I could not be more satisfied.

The only complaint I had was that the price seemed high for the length of time of the service call, but the owner adjusted my bill to make it fair.  I endorse this company and would recommend their service to anyone.

It went well, he was responsive during a VERY busy time (the whole area flooded and tons of people woke up to water in their basement).  I had gotten my call in the queue in early and he was able to help me out that day.  He came and picked up the equipment and was flexible with my schedule.

Stop and Rob Wright did a great job helping us clean and dry our basement after a floor. Rob kept me well informed and was very helpful when meeting with our insurance adjustors. He and his crew were clean, courteous and treated our property with respect.

Our home had recently been vacated by a tenant in January of 2011, and my wife and I live 2000 miles away from the home so trying to manage a project of this magnitude was daunting.
Rob Wright (the owner) and his team went above and beyond. Their project management skills were exceptional. They were on time with every deliverable and regularly communicated with me and the insurance company.  Rob and his team regularly ran to the home improvement store to find us 'deals' or found us exceptional values on items as we knew the insurance coverage was not going to truly restore the home to its previously glory.
The STOP team even helped with decorating ideas when what we selected didn't quite go / look right in the home, since we had to shop remotely and try and remember what the items chosen would look like in the 'new' home.
All project work and discussions were handled via the phone or e-mail and I could not have asked for a more communicative group.
I can't say enough positive things about my experience with the STOP team, Rob and his project lead. It may sound like a paid sales pitch, but trust me I was not prompted to provide feed back. All of this is genuine and if you choose to go with Rob and his team, I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Rob Wright and his team were great. Very professional, responsive, courteous on the job and meticulous in their work. I would highly recommend their team for any water damage, mold remediation and any other work they perform. It's nice to deal with companies that do such a great job from start to finish!

The roof repairs were made the following day. The drywall damage was completed three days after the roof repairs - mainly because I wasn't available until then. It was nice to know that they had mold experience so I didn't have to worry about that too. I was very satisfied by the work and all of their workers were they were polite. I will use this company again.

They answered the phone after hours and arrived when promised. The owner, Rob Wright, was very helpful guiding me through the entire insurance process. His employees were polite and really seemed to enjoy their work. It put us at ease knowing we had nice, clean cut people in our home. STOP also put our home back together quickly and when done you couldn't tell anything had happened. We'd recommend STOP for any type of emergency flood work.
