Description of Work: Nothing. I bought the two painters deal and have tried calling twice. No call back ( the date of contact listed was forced by the review process).

Description of Work: I set up an appointment with Sherry to get a quote on my exterior painting for 8:00 am. At 8:20 she left me a voicemail saying she couldn't make it and would have to re-schedule. No apologies, no offer to call back, no new dates suggested. Good for her that her business is so successful that she can blow off potential customers that way.

Description of Work: See above. I needed additional work beyond the scope of the deal. She promised to provide a final proposal and ask us for paint colors. Neither occurred. Tried to reach her three times with no response. Original date for work to begin was July 24. That date passed with no word from Arcadia.

Description of Work: Obviously too busy to stay up with the work she is getting. Congrats for her, not so great for people who are using her services. I have a three strikes your out rule. too many other choices out there.

Description of Work: Initial phone and on-site contact with Sherry Lancaster was fine; however, final estimate price was way above market for one coat of paint!

Description of Work: I was always calling them and when I did talk to them they said they would contact me within a few days. A few days passed and I didn't hear from them. This situation was repeated multiple times. Therefore, I talked to them today and informed them that I'm not doing business with them due to the fact that I was the one always reaching out.

Description of Work: It took 3 trys to schedule the estimate. The estimate was finally completed and then we never heard from the contractor again. I am plannng on stopping payment on this deal.

Description of Work: outstanding job and exceptional pricing was the best. originally wanted just exterior painting but was so satisfied that I now am having them paint my entire interior! I always painted the interior myself, however they are so fast, so good and so well priced that I will be delighted to just touch-ups from now on. go ahead and get other quotes but call Sherry last.

Description of Work: Entire first floor of our home looks brand new... ceilings, walls, entry way, kitchen , 2 bedrooms. Brought us a color pallet, let us choose our colors, even repainted after I changed my mind!! Highly recommend Sherry and her crew...

Description of Work: Arcadia Painting Plus painted my personal home outside and some inside. For the last several years she has painted for over 35 of my clients in prep for my faux finishing and American clay plaster work. As a professional decorative artist I require perfect surfaces beneath my finishes and she gives me perfectly.
