The majority of the time I contacted this company the people answering the phone were very friendly and courteous. On the day of my install, the last person I spoke to was not as nice. Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. Chad definitely gets an A in customer service and experience.

Nico was great and his customer service and personality was very appropriate. It would have been a better experience for me as a customer and more cost-effective if I would have originally dealt directly with a plumber who could have fixed the entire problem at once. Now I am anticipating a second visit by an actual plumber where there s more cost involved.

When our water heater broke unexpectedly, we used Home Adviser and were matched with Precision Today, which called us immediately and set up an appointment for the following morning to install a new a water heater! Andrew, the technician who did the work, was very professional, well-spoken and friendly. The poor guy worked for three hours, lugging two heavy heaters up and down stairs! When the job was done, we received pictures of the finished project and a description of it. This company goes the extra mile for its customers!
