They were excellent. The work was good. They were prompt and his personality was great. I think I am going to use them. I had an excellent experience with them.

I bought a coupon for $99. They were supposed to paint one room. Then when they came they told me that they would paint the walls and the ceiling but to paint the trim would cost an extra $320. The coupon didn't say six hundred square feet of wall space and/or ceiling space it said one room up to six hundred square feet. When someone says one room up to 600 square feet, I think of the dimensions of the room not the dimensions of the walls and ceiling. So I didn't agree to it and they said they would give my money back and gave my money back. They were not rude or unprofessional but dishonest. I would never recommend them. I would never use them again in the future.

The work turned out very well. He did a good job. It was a good experience. He came when he said he would. His work was very neat and clean.We would hire him again.

They did a great job. I have had no issues with the work since. We have some more projects that need to be done in the house and we will most likely give Mike a call.

The work was okay. The work was subcontracted out. Mike was nice. He initially came before the work was done. They communicated a lot through email, which was convenient for my husband. He did a good job, but the only issue we had was there is an area where there will be some crown molding on the edge that wasn't covered. But he was able to smooth over an area where we had some former issues.

Dan was great! He was trustworthy and professional.

I have used Lotz Renovations for several projects including bathroom remodeling, window replacement for entire house, and siding. Mike and his crew are professional, on time, and neat. Mike sticks to his estimate which was competitive with others. I recommend Lotz Renovation for any remodeling job. They are the best I've ever hired.
