Description of Work: Cleared clogged drain line from kitchen sink (will use garbage disposal very sparingly since there is too little pitch in that line). Expected a mess, but Adam came well prepared and there was virtually no clean up afterward.

Description of Work: installed has valve for stove and water shut off for fridge ice maker. Great service! Unfortunately about 4 months later a piece to the pipe on the water line to fridge failed and broke. Had to shut off water until they could come back and fix it. Probably just bad luck as opposed to poor craftsmanship

Description of Work: I noticed water on my bathroom floor. The source was the toilet. I wasn't sure if the seal needed to be replaced, but it turned out that the screws that bolt the toilet to the floor needed to be replacepd. The job was completed quickly.
