The technician was excellent.

I hate giving all 5's on any review because nothing is perfect but this was pretty close. Got a call back right away, Kendrick came by and gave a quote and the work was done on Friday. Kendrick cleaned/re-grouted some areas and re-caulked too. He also sealed his work. Great work ethics, clean, and professional. The price was $250ish so it was a tad pricey but the work was really worth it, I am a happy customer!

We got our bathroom regrouted by Bristol Tile. I had taken 2 other quotes besides Bristol. By far Bristol was the most competitive. Kedric did a great job I have already offered him more work for other recaulking related work.

Kedrick was able to quickly give me an appt to perform the job. He was very polite. He did a great job on my laundry room floor. My only concern was that he laid a very damp towel on my wood floor that is just outside my laundry room and I'm a little paranoid about my wood floors due to past experiences but otherwise I would definitely use his service again.

Kedrick was veriy professional and his explanation and estimate of the work needed were complete and well planned. I've had many compliments about the work he did, and will use him again when needed.
