Very well and the price was the best compared to other companies.

Very happy with the service. Ron took the time to find where the mice were coming in the house, blocked the holes (suggested some permanent fixes), placed some traps inside and outside, and sprayed around the house. Within a week my mice problems was gone and the number of ants has also decreased.

Edge is a very professional organization! I contacted them through Angie's List and they followed up immediately with 2 staff contacting me regarding my request. Services are pricey but you get what you pay for with them. They provided service w/I 24 hours of contact with prompt and efficient work! A+ thus far!

As always they call ahead, are professional and give us detailed information on what they do, what we need to know about these pests, and even tips to help in preventing them from getting in our house later on.

I connected with Edge via Angie's List on Saturday. I got a call right away (by "right away", I mean literally within about 10 seconds), talked with someone about prices and services, and said I'd let them know. Monday morning about 8:30, the phone rang. I was pretty sure it was Edge, and didn't want to talk with them right then, so I let it go to voice mail. About 10:30, they called again; I wasn't happy about this, and let the guy on the other end know that. I asked if it was his intention to call me every two hours to badger me about taking them on; he said, usually, people with mice want to deal with it right away. (I do, but I also want to talk to a few outfits, rather than take the first one who calls back.) He kept insisting that I had to tell him when I would make my decision, so he would know when to call me again. I said I would call him. Here's the call - I will not deal with a company that uses high-pressure sales tactics such as those used by Edge.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! Edge was hired for rodent control only and required a 1 year contract. Their service consisted of sending out a technician to place regular wooden mouse traps in the house and a bait station outside. I was under the impression they were going to do much more. They charged over $100 per month for something I could have done for $15 and 10 mins of my time every month. When I tried to cancel my service they charged me for 50% of the remaining service. WHAT A JOKE!!!! This company is a RIPOFF stay far away!!!!

The parent company was exhausting to deal with, they're located in Utah, which made communication a bit harder. However the local technicians were fabulous. Someone came out on Saturday with a contract, it was the wrong contract, I would not sign it, but with persistence I got the right one. It took some time before I found the right person who got things done for me. Dakota was great, they were wonderful. The best deal was expensive in my eyes, however it was the best deal. They did a great job.

Edge is one of the most professional services out there. We had a last minute festivity planned and they came out and sprayed with a two hour notice. No other service can compete with this responsiveness and quality.

This was the best service I’m so glad I did not go with Orkin or terminix.. when I talked to Ben he was so friendly and said they would come out the next ... will give a 5 star to the Edge company.....

Very professional. Impressed with the service that was done. Eric was very informative so I knew what he was doing and the overall progression of the service he performed today.

This is the second time in about three weeks I’ve had a service tech come to my deck and spray the built in benches. Thought the first tech got them but they came back. Hopefully this time will be the last time I need the deck and built in benches sprayed and the wasp stop eating my benches.

So far so good! The little buggers aren’t as bad! But we shall see as time goes in! Staff is very friendly & professional! Of course price could always be better! Their cancellation policy... eh

To early to tell. Bugs died off but more are coming. Part of cycle.

So far so good. The original application made a big difference in slowing down the bug infestation. Follow-up application buying us time for long-term approach.

Came back twice but the second time seemed to do the trick. This time of year we get a huge amount of little ants and Edge was right on top of it.

Went fine, we’ll see how the results are in about a week.

I am very satisfied with the service. It took about a month but the mice are completely gone. No more traps inside but they are maintaining outdoor bait boxes. Seem to be seeing more ants with the warmer weather but they came out quickly and sprayed again. All is OK now.

So far, so good. Had my first visit with the tech the other day. He explained everything very clearly, working efficiently through the house both inside and outside, and listened to any concerns I had about pests on my property. I really like the fact that I can call them back out for any additional treatments for no charge. The house had a big ant problem last year, and so far things are clear. Prices we competitive with other companies.
