Description of Work: Overall the service was good. The start time was changed the morning of service and the employee was nearly an hour late (unforeseen on his part). The employee was very polite and thorough, but there were still some spots on the siding that I did not see until after he left. A B+ rating.

Hi, I am so sorry to hear that your siding was damaged, and we have done a lot of aluminum sided homes, and never have problems with them, it does seem that if it is a long time since it has been cleaned if ever, it may have some differences in color because aluminum siding fades, and usually if it has been a lot of years since it's been cleaned and [Member Name Removed] painted it will look discolored in different areas. I don't know what my crew did to scare you, I really work hard to have a hard working, smart and honest crew. I wish you would have called me to tell me that my crew in any way seemed intimadating, as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, as well as being a Christian follower of Christ, we take much pride in being approachable and honest, and friendly people. Description of Work: Needed 3 trips and mediocre at best. They clean well @ eye level. The 2nd time they did not bring any cleaner/soap. The owner came out the 3rd time & supervised - did a better job. The whole ordeal took about 8 hours of my time (LOTS of breaks). Next time I'll rent a pressure washer from Home Depot & do it myself.

Description of Work: Jay and Joq powerwashed my front porch and whole house. I asked for an estimate for refinishing my hardwood floors but did not pursue this further. they are personable and friendly. They also offer house and office cleaning though I didn't get this service either. I'd use them again.
