They did a good job.

Everything went very well. The residue wasn't coming off, so he went and bought another product and it worked.

The 2 man crew came on time. Did a excellent job cleaning the vinyl siding on my split level home and detached garage. I was very pleased with their work and price.

Our house was in desperate need of power washing and the Big Deal coupon was exactly what we were looking for. After purchasing the Big Deal, Javis followed up about scheduling. We also have/had several other projects happening around/in the house and Javis was very flexible in working with us on timing. He was very prompt in responding to all questions I had. Not to mention, the front of our house definitely has a noticeable difference now that it's been pressure washed. We're pleased with how our first Big Deal purchase went and would recommend this company to others.

The gentleman was very overwhelmed by all the calls he got, so it took a little bit more for him to get back to us and get the dates right. He was very courteous and when he did come out he did a credible job.

I wanted to like these guys, they were friendly and work hard. However, whatever solution they used as soap in the pressure washer caused permanent streaking all over my siding. The siding was ruined and is less attractive than before they "cleaned" it. They did a nice job cleaning the interior windows and sills.

They knew nothing about cleaning the patio,but the issue was resolved with a phone call to the owner. The outside of the house was done fine. The windows were not done to our expectations, but they did return to do an adequate job. I thought that the job should have been done right the first time.

The machine broke down several times during the work. I am unsure if the job was done real well becuase they continued to have so many problems. I can't say that I'm happy with the service.

They worked very hard to remove the deposits but could not as the sidingwas too old. They suggested it be painted. They did a wonderful job cleaning up the windows which had been sprayed by the power washer.

They were prompt and professional. Easy to work with. House did not look much different but maybe it was not that dirty? Overall we were pleased and would recommend this company.Pow

They showed up that morning a little late due to a flat tire and forgot didn't have their hoses. Lucklily I had enough hose access around the house to help them get the job done. They finished within the same day and did a decent job.

The owner did all of the work. He went around the entire outside of the house, cleaning all of the white siding. They were careful about the plants and furniture. Good job.

Smudge Free pressure washed our entire house. The house really needed washing and Smudge Free did a great job with the aluminum siding and the brick work. However, the windows got quite dirty and needed to be washed by me at a later date. I guess that "they don't do windows" while pressure washing the house.

The workers did a wonderful job of cleaning them. They came later than scheduled, but they called as soon as they knew they were going to be later and asked if it was okay for them to still come or did I want to reschedule. I really appreciated being given the option. The cost was more than I usually have spent, but I was quite pleased with the results.

We have never had our exterior cleaned so we decided to give tihs a try (we purchased the coupon for an exterior wash). Overall, we are pleased. There were miscommunications re: date/time/cost of work but it all worked out in the end. Staff was timely, professional, and courteous. The exterior areas of our house that needed cleaning are now clean and our windows look fantastic (we decided to have the inside of our windows/screens cleaned as well). We would use them again.

Jarvis did a great job cleaning my siding and windows. The only negative was that he had to reschedule my appointment.

They arrived ready to work, my home is primarily brick with a partial aluminum siding on the rear 2nd floor. The power washing helped bring back the original natural color of my brick(years of smudge from chimney). The windows and edging are back to their original white color. Thanks Smudgefree!! Great Job

It was horrendous and unprofessional. I had to clean the windows again myself. After I submitted this report, they contacted me to rectify the problem. He was very, very pleasant and he did a very good job. He wanted to make sure that everything was done properly. He was a gentleman.

I had one problem window that could have been taken care of at the time they were here. They did offer to come back out and take care of it later.

The contractors came in at the promised time to give us an estimate for the work needed. They were able to accommodate our schedule during the week-end and were prompt to come at the promised time and finish on time. Very courteous and careful with our house.We will use them again.

Very hardworking people with very affordable prices and excellent results. Javis and his crew come to New Lenox from Bolingbrook, so he is sometimes late, but will text or call you if that happens. Regardless, their work ethic is strong and they do nice work for a terrific price. I highly recommend them.
