 Fast, courteous, quality service.   They even seem to have fun getting the work done.
They took care of it within 24 hours. Never had a problem since. 

It was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend them to others.

We expected to pick our car up after the weekend on Monday and they called early Friday afternoon with a nice surprise that it was ready!

I was very pleased with them.  Another place told me that I had about six different things that needed to be done so I took it to ProTire for a second opinion.  They agreed that my car was aging but they told me what I needed to have done to maintain the integrity of the car and what could wait.  To me, that was huge.  They gave me information about tires and they explained things to me that no one else had.  I paid slightly more, but I got better pricing based on how good the tires are.  It was awesome to have someone explain things to me and actually show me what everything meant.  I haven't had any problems with the quality of their work, they were quick and responsive, and they got me in quickly when they knew there was a problem.

Over the last couple of years, I've taken my conversion van here for a few different repairs and a new set of tires. The work was completed quickly and the rates are reasonable. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and offered the most reasonably priced options. Professionalism and service tend to be more important to me than price (to a point) and Protire fits these criteria well. I highly recommend this business.

I feel fortunate to have found Pro Tire when I first moved to town 2 years ago. I trust them completely and recommend them without hesitation. I have an older car with 170,000 miles on it but need it to run for a few more years until I can start making car payments on a newer model. They are consistently reliable and direct, on several occasions when the problem has been minor and not required parts they have not charged me at all. They also have a shuttle service.

When I phoned to make the initial appointment, the man on the phone was extremely friendly and accommodating. He scheduled me in, even though I was leaving for my trip in only a few days and their schedule was already pretty full for the week. However, my experience at the shop was less impressive. There, I dealt with the Manager (whose name I cannot remember). He checked me in and out smoothly, charged me a very reasonable rate, and had me and my car out of there in no time. What I didn't like was his attitude. Until I directly asked, he did not take the time to go over the service that was done with me or to address my initial concern (a whistling noise). Even then, his answers were abrupt and he did not really offer much help by way of diagnosing possible problems. I am not sure if his attitude was because I am female----I certainly hope not!

Imagine this... You phone a business and your call is answered by the second ring and it is a human. Imagine a patient and knowledgeable service person. Imagine this business explaining all the options available to you. Imagine knowing what you are going to pay before any services are rendered. Imagine having your vehicle serviced and not experiencing that pang of anxiety. Yes, this place does exist! It is also local. My suggestion for the masses is ProTire and Automotive.
