He was nice when he came to be hired but when he got here he changed. He trimmed the hedge, it wasnt even at all. So I told him and he said it was because of the ice, he reluctantly fixed it. The ice had nothing to do with it. He was very rude to me most of the time. He wasnt done yet and said m not doing anymore. He said you got your moneys worth. It all could have been said nicely, He is not good at customer service at all. I am disappointed that I relied on Home Advisor. I would not recommend them at all.

I had trees and bushes removed. I was surprised everthing was removed and cleaned up. It was cleaned so well, looked like they weren't here working. I give a high five!

They gave what I believe to be a fair quote for the work. They were flexible with changes I made to the job at the time of hire and the cost reflected those changes. They started the job of clearing my chain link fence line ahead of schedule, even clearing vines they previously said they would not be able to do. The entire crew worked quickly, cleaned up (even my own brush pile) and were done within a few hours. I hope to have them back out to address other trees on my property in the Fall.

John and his crew worked in the pouring rain to remove 2 large bushes and a tall river birch from my property and 2 extra large bushes from my neighbor's. Both of us were very impressed with their work. We would love for them to give us estimates for replacing the bushes on both properties.

John came out to give me an estimate within an hour of contacting this company. We agreed on a fair price and he said the work would begin by 8:00 a.m. the following morning. The crew was even here a bit earlier than that and started right in on removing the 5 dead trees on our property. The crew worked very smoothly and efficiently. The trees were all removed and stumps ground in less than 2 hours. Clean-up after the job was very good. The work was done to my complete satisfaction. The guys did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and everything met my high standards. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company without reservation and would hire them again.

J and A arrived at my home when he said he would, he actually was willing to work around my work schedule to get me an estimate. When he arrived he gave me an estimate said that he could do the job the same day. Later on he called when he was on his way, I was not home but he said he can start the job and I could just meet him there. When I arrived home he had already --completed-- the job. So I gave it a walk through and noticed that he had missed some stumps claiming they were too close to the house. But, did not he know that when he had given me an estimate for 11 stumps but wanted to leave about 4 in the ground. I asked him did I still owe the same amount and his reply was --come on it s just 4-5 stumps-- I actually had him remove them or I was not going to pay him for the amount of work he quoted me for. So watch out for something like that.

We needed to have several tree stumps removed from our back yard. John came almost immediately to give an estimate of the price and the time that the project would take. Work was performed on time. Earlier then expected, actually, which we appreciated. We were very happy with the results.
