Description of Work: I found the office (Kevin/Estimator and Susan/MaNAGER) to be fairly bad at communicating. After sending in My signed contract, I did not hear from them to confirm or to schedule the work. When I called they said they would let me know approximately 2 weeks before the work was scheduled. There were several issues that needed to be addressed; unclear identification of paint colors on the work order, repairs that should have been completed before the painting started, the crew did not show up one day, and no one called, and they did not live up to the promises about keeping the yard/work area picked up. It took multiple calls and messages to get these things addressed. Although I found the painters, especially the crew chief, to be very respectful and hard working, they were really messy, and just kind of tossed the items they removed from my porches in the yard and on my driveway, besides leaving the grass and area around the house littered with paint chips, debris and garbage from their lunches. They told me they would stop by the next day to put things back because the porches were wet when they finished. I called when no one came for 2 days, and when Kevin finally called me back, he said that was not part of the job, I would have to put it all back myself. We are talking about a table, double rocker, a glider and a large BBQ grill pluse some other smaller items. Susan finally called and said they would come and do it, which they did. But left a pile of trash on my driveway. Not only did they not recoil the hoses they used, leaving one out in the grass, but they left one hose running, and it leaked into my basement. The quality of the painting was excellent, but the management of the project left a lot to be desired. I will probably not use this company again in the future.

Description of Work: Painted dining ceiling n 1 wall, den, 2 story foyer, connecting loft, master bedroom n bath. Repaired settling corner beads in 3 story foyer. Primed water stained ceiling in dining room. Confirmed ceiling n wall not in need of replacement only paint

Description of Work: They painted the exterior of our two story home. They were very punctual and did an outstanding job of cleaning up every day. We had a problem with a new front door install. We let them know we did not have the door and was told to call when door was installed. Called when the door was installed, and they immediately came to paint. I would highly recommend their services.
