Left me with a non-functioning toilet. No hose connecting it to the wall. I had to make 6-7 phone calls explaining the situation each and every time to a different person, and wasted an additional day sitting at my place waiting for a plumber to come back out while they waffled on whether or not they were going to rectify the issue. Then they finally decided they were fine making me go and get the part and finish the job myself. Was charged 300$ for 10 minutes of work and the job was not completed as I ended up having to buy a hose and attach it myself. Invoice had no detail on it, just 300$ for 'major leak' which was not the issue at all. They lost/misplaced an 8$ part. Rather than just saying 'We appreciate your business. We just charged you 300$ for a simple job, we want to make this right and get everything fixed completely', they jerked me around for 2 days and said, tough luck. Awesome....
