Nick and his team were amazing. Not only did they cut the tree but removed the wood, fixed my fence and even raked the excess leaves… they were complete professionals and I will use them in the future for all tree trimming needs!

The removal of the two trees and stumps was done well, except one of the untethered branches knocked over a solid brass sundial on a stand behind a bush at the opposite side of the yard and cracked it all the way across (it was a gift from my daughter). I showed it to Nick, and he said I should glue it. He never offered to reimburse me. It was a $100 gift. The trimming of the two trees was where we had big problems. Nick said he had all of the right equipment, but it turned out, they used chain saws and a small ladder to trim the large, tall pear trees, cutting off huge healthy branches with a few dead offshoots, instead of just cutting them offshoots. Multiple large branches were cut off from both pear trees, leaving one side of both trees almost completely bare. The side by the house, that we had asked them to trim so that squirrels cannot jump from the trees to the house roof, was left untouched. The problem was, Nick was there for the removals but then left without giving his men proper direction, obviously. If he had told them what we wanted, I am sure they would have done it at least a little better. When I called to complain, Nick came with his female partner, looked at it, defended his **guys** took his check, and left. No apologies, no refund for poor work. I will never have his company touch any of our living landscaping again. I am now worried that the two trimmed trees might fall in the next strong storm, which is the reason that we agreed to remove one of the three pear trees. Outrageous.

M.H. Tree service was prompt and did very good work. They removed 3 large trees as well as several bushes in about 8 hours. Nick and the crew were very professional and our yard was very clean afterwards. Their pricing was extremely competitive and we were very happy with the end result.
