Description of Work: Did a nice job. Had to make two trips due to rain.

Description of Work: The technician placed bait traps and it was obvious we have a mouse problem in the basement and kitchen. They came back out and sealed the entry points leading to the house and so far, I think it is working. We won't know for a couple more weeks. The traps have new bait and I'm hopeful the food will still be there next week!

Money well spent on a problem I thought I could resolve myself; yet, I really needed a professional. |The cost included a whole house preventive measure as well.

Description of Work: found their name on angies list and chose them because of their high ratings and their products are safe around children and dogs. |we worked with the office in rolling meadows. excellent customer service. very responsive to needs and requests. reasonable priced. i have already recommended them to friends.

Description of Work: I saw a mouse in my home |They came out and laid bait. They came out 2 weeks later to allegedly follow up and secure entry. I told him I saw the mouse the day before he returned. The technician then said and showed me that the mice had only nibbled at the bait. He then said well I will put something down stronger which he said he did. |Now one month later I still see the same mouse about once a week. No difference at all since They first came out.. I could not have done worst if I just put a $2 trap down, which I will have to do. A total waste of money.

Description of Work: Removed hornets nests from the eaves. Sprayed to prevent/limit future infestation of wasps, which also, apparently worked on box elder bugs.

Description of Work: Sprayed the whole outside perimiter of my house, eves etc.. under the deck over a walkout basement patio and top of the deck where there is another sitting area for bees and wasps..

Description of Work: After catching 16 mice on our own within a one week time-frame we contacted Chem-Wise to figure out how they were getting in & correct the problem. They were able to get us on the schedule right away for tech to come out. He was punctual, polite & explained the process (at least 10 bait traps were distributed around the basement). Two weeks later they came back out to see if we had any activity at the traps to try & narrow down where the access may be. Of course we didn't have any since the initial visit but a visual inspection of the perimeter of the house was done & a few potential access points were found and sealed. I was informed if we get activity again just give them a call - follow up service was included if needed. I would use them again.
