I was not present when the work was done, but it was apparent that the work was completed. | |There were some fairly large dents left in my lawn when I returned that should have been filled in an repaired to earn a top grade. This brought the professionalism down to D and the overall grade down to C+ to B

Description of Work: Our technician, Alex, was the best ever. He was so friendly and polite; and he got the job done quickly. | |We had the house treated for carpenter ants (more expensive) when the technician said it probably wasn't (he thinks they are pavement ants). I wish they could have seen the ants before because a lot of the other ant treatments are cheaper.

Description of Work: Ron was great! He checked out my furnace, since I was having some issues with noise and the blower. He gave me good well thought out advise, and was very professional. He cleaned and check my air conditioner and was efficient . I would definitely call him again.

Description of Work: They did the aeration of my lawn, but I never knew for sure when they were coming. One day I happened to notice that they had been here. I had reseeded some sections of the lawn in the fall and they were doing nicely. However, after the aeration process these sections were all torn up with big clumps of soil/grass strewn all over.

Description of Work: I had a problem with ants. Not only do I no longer have the problem, they gave me information on what to do after treatment, what to expect, and what to do going forward. They were EXCELLENT! I recommend highly!

Description of Work: I needed them to get rid of moles. they inspected and needed to order a specific chemical, this took some time to get. I watched how this was done and realized I could have gone to the local hardware store and done this at a fraction of the cost.

Description of Work: I have rats burrowing under my back deck. They came out, put poison in the hole, set three traps and then proceeded to come back once a month for a charge every month. Each month they would put "stronger" rat poison in the burrow - every day the rats come back. I don't think they can honestly solve the problem and instead of saying so are happy to keep charging me $55/visit. The cost is not too high, the people were professional and on -time, but the service does not work.
