Description of Work: We had carpenter ants invading our house. The rep sprayed the perimeter of the house and put some kind of gel poison food for the ants to bring back to the nest. As promised, about a week later the ants stopped coming indoors.

Description of Work: Hire this company to spray for bee prevention around my deck. I wasn't home at the time they came by to spray. I did tell them before hand of the issue I was having with carpenter bees. After they came, I am still seeing the carpenter bees around the deck so maybe what was applied did not cover this bee type.

Description of Work: We scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 7 am. Although I was very sick with the stomach flu, I drove to where the service was to be performed and they failed to show up or call. Approximately an hour later, they called to say the agent would not be coming due to a family emergency. We rescheduled for this morning at 7 am and at that time I received a call from the agent. She was at the wrong address which was 30 minutes away. I could not wait for her to come there. She may have received the wrong address from AL but they did not verify the address when the appointment was made. I do not want to do business with this company.

Description of Work: Darnell came out and worked very hard to aeriate our large yard. He worked diligently and made sure every inch was covered. He then overseeded the entire yard. He worked very hard for almost 2 hours. We were very pleased with the service! Would definetly recommend them.
