Description of Work: Chem-wise came out to spray for some ants we found at our new house. About 3 weeks later, ants returned and they came back out and dusted for bugs (at their expense). They also checked out a source of possible bird infestation even though that's not covered in my service plan. They went above and beyond to help me out.

Description of Work: They sprayed around the roof and outer wall areas where yellow jackets and wasps gather. They did a great job, because by this time last year we were inundated with yellow jackets and wasps. So far I have not seen any!

Description of Work: I had an issue with ants in my three season room, but I have cats and a dog so I worry about pesticides. Chem-wise showed up on time (early actually) and checked things out. He shot the pesticides into cracks and crevices that my pets can't get to, and then sprayed outside. Things are looking better, and if I see more ants after two weeks they will come back free of charge.

Description of Work: I used the service and was very satisfied with Chem-Wise. I then ordered the service for someone else but after I had purchased it, the household for whom this was intended decided they had no need for this service. Chem-Wise was notified. Thus, I would like a refund. This is no reflection on Chem-Wise as they did a great job for me. They are friendly and thorough, and I would use them again.

Description of Work: We had an ongoing problem with ants every spring especially after it rained. After trying to fix the problem our self with no luck I contacted Chem Wise by email. I got a response the same day and set an appointment . I asked if they could call ahead when they were on the way. Our service rep Ozzie did call and was right on time. He was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and did a thorough job. Even with all the rain lately we haven't seen any ants in our house.
