Our home looks picture perfect after Fresh Tech has been here. We chose Fresh Tech because of their chemical free cleaning. Having children with allergies, we wanted a clean home without chemicals . We also liked how thorough they were in cleaning our home. I told their office what I wanted the cleaning to focus on and they met all my requests and made the children's room clutter free and ready to play in. Definitely happy with their service and how attentive they were to my needs.

They do a great job cleaning our house on a bi-monthly basis. Dependable and trust worthy. I would recommend their services.

Work was done professionally. Fresh Techs asked for specifics for areas for special attention. Technicians make certain that special attention is paid to those areas. I use them weekly and have for several years. Their technicians are well trained and work within my guidelines and special requests. I have also used them for deep cleanings after remodeling jobs at the house.

Freshtech cleans my home on a monthly basis. "Weils", the owner, initially came to my home to estimate the amount of time needed to clean my home. The time is based on size and complexity of home, how often they will clean (cleaning more often means less cleaning to do next time), and how detailed you you want things. The latter is up to the customer: They will detail just about anything if you give them the time, or you can choose less detailing if you want to save on the cost. To maximize productivity, Freshtech policy is to send only one girl to do the entire job. The girls that have come to my home are hard working and efficient. They actually look like they are having a fun time cleaning- go figure. They come on time, are professional and are courteous. You will receive a reminder call the day before your cleaning. Freshtech leans toward green cleaning. They try to do all cleaning with just water that has been ionized to kill bacteria to eliminate chemicals and promote a shine that is lacking when using soaps because of the residue. They will ask to use chemicals if necessary, starting with the lowest potency. The only cons that I have experienced are relative. They are pricier than many other services, which is why I only have them coming monthly at the moment. Also, for a long time we had the same girl, but there has been some turnover this past year. Although, when they send someone new, Freshtech throws in some extra time to allow the new employee to learn the home. That being said, I am still a fan, because I would rather have the option of cleaning my home the way I like it by people who care, than to hire a less expensive mediocre company. I plan on continually using Freshtech.

My home was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. It is a small house, but here are 4 children and 2 adults living in the space. The Fresh Tech assigned 2 technicians to complete the cleaning at my house. I was given a one hour window of when they would arrive and they arrived at the beginning of the hour. The technicians were very professional and polite. They brought all of the needed supplies and equipment. I gave them a quick tour and then went to work. When I arrived home, the house was spotless. I could not believe how clean the floors and baseboards were. They were sparkling clean. They even got all the stains off the top of my white gas stove. I was very impressed. The house also smelled clean and I was not overpowered with any chemical smells. This company was more expensive than some of the other companies, but I believe that the extra money spent was well worth it given the quality of service I received. After this service, I have decided to hire them to perform bi-weekly cleanings of my home.

Get in line, because this company is POPULAR! They do exactly what they say: chemical-free cleaning performed by friendly, professional, English-speaking technicians. You will get a free consultation and estimate first. They are at the high end with price, but they are not overpriced for what they deliver. When I say thorough, I mean VERY thorough! They did an initial complete house cleaning for me and not I have them come once a month. I am very happy with their services!

Minimal services were performed. The cost was high, for the services delivered.

I thought they were very professional when they first came to give us an estimate. I knew exactly what they were going to do and what was not included in the price. They have done a very good job and I am very satisfied.

We used Fresh Tech Maids for two years and were very pleased with the quality of the cleaning service during a good portion of the time with them. Their office person, Sue, is outstanding--responsive, professional and extremely hard-working. We had the same cleaning tech for quite awhile. After the first person left the company, there was a lot of turnover in cleaning techs and we were never quite sure who was going to clean our house. Various details pertaining to our house would not get communicated to the new tech and it seemed that we had a new tech on a fairly frequent basis. I would tell one tech where the garbage bags were, only to find out that the next one didn't know where they were because she was new. The garbage wouldn't be emptied when I got home from work. I would tell one tech where the sheets were and the next one didn't know, so our bed wouldn't be changed. In the midst of all this change, the owner raised the price--the timing couldn't have been worse. As a customer, we were only asked to complete surveys --not a real "high touch" approach. With large amount of staff turnover and a substantial price increase during a multi-year recession, the owner needs to pick up the phone to check in with his customers. Surveys are impersonal and inadequate. We finally left Fresh Tech, not due to a lack of quality cleaning but due to complete lack of communication and complete frustration. The owner does not listen to and understand what is being said. As a result, he doesn't respond to the customer's real concerns and that only exacerbate the situation. It's too bad. He has a good concept and some very dedicated people working for him. ,

For the past 18 years, I had always been of the opinion that no one could ever clean my house as well as I could. I was also concerned about having my items stolen or broken. I decided after 18 years of cleaning this big house I was either going to have to think seriously of moving or hire a cleaning service. I spent hours on Angie's List and was fortunate to find Fresh Tech Maids. The initial introduction was by Mila who came in and explained their services and then we went room to room and I explained what I wanted cleaned and what I didn't want them to clean. Monica and Neller showed up 5/22 to do the one time general deep cleaning. Both of them were very professional, friendly and extremely thorough and competent in cleaning my house. When they were nearing the end of a 6 hour cleaning, Wells showed up to do a quality check. Very impressive!!! I have to admit my ego was a little bruised but I have gotten over that easily enough. Nella just left after completing a maintenance bi-weekly cleaning. Again, I am very happy with the quality of work and how thorough she is. It is nice to know that Fresh Maids hires such high quality people who you never have to worry about leaving alone in your home. Not only is Nella very good at her job but she is just a very nice person as well. I feel very comfortable having her in my home. If you are looking for a cleaning service, you can't go wrong with Fresh Maids. While they are a little on the expensive side, it is the old adage, "You get what you pay for". This company just understands what the customer wants. I am very happy I found them and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job done by an employee you can trust.. Thanks Angie.

Fresh Tech Maid Services were fine but I thought they were pricey, they were very good and very accommodating.I had to wait for several week to come out and it involved a lot of people work and phone calls.

yajaira does an excellent job. she responds well to direction, she is punctual and professional. the only issue i have with fresh tech is that they have had a lot of turnover and we had a different technician way too often. yajaira has been with us for quite a few months now so that problem may have finally corrected itself.

We love them. We have a one year old and they are incredible at working around nap time. The company does not use any chemicals that would be an issue around kids and are very thorough with the cleaning. We have a cat that sheds way more than a typical cat and after the cleaning are complete you would never notice that a cat lives in the house. The employees are very friendly and professional. The owner is on top of each issue that comes up and is not shy about stopping over to check on the work.

They were fine. They did a thorough job. You have to submit a priority list and information before the service. The information did not get communicated to the people that came out to the house. So, they did not complete some of the things but they did send somebody back free of charge to complete that. The girls were very nice and thorough with what they did. The price on the deal was great. They did not get things with the time frame. They were accommodating.

We purchased "Angie's List - Big Deal" coupons for this vendor. We were looking for a green company to help us get our house in order for our infant's first birthday. We made an appointment a few days before the party was scheduled, but no one ever showed nor answered or returned phone calls. Thankfully, Angie's List creditted our purchase of the coupon.

Like most Angie's List members, I do lots of research before hiring a company, and thought Fresh Tech would best fit my needs. All employees are courteous and responsive. They addressed all of my concerns and questions. I was a customer for about 1-1/2 years and was generally satisfied with everything. After two cleaning technician changes, a price increase, and a promise to continually earn my trust, I was dropped by Fresh Tech. They were not able to provide cleaning service on the same day (or alternate day) that I had for the previous 18 months. Changing my schedule isn't easy, but I was willing to change the day of the week for cleaning. This was very disappointing to me because now I had to hire a new service. I was loyal to them, but they failed to remain loyal to a good customer. They promised to contact me when a technician become available, which they did last week (after two months!) They lost my trust, confidence and business. I understand that these things happen, but just know that Fresh Tech will be willing to drop you, too.

We've used them the past year now and they are always very good about reminding us about appointments, etc.

spoke with susan initially. she was professional..asked important questions. set up appointment for in home consultation with "Wells". upon his arrival, this is when it went south quickly. he began by commenting on my wearing a tshirt. thought was odd, but decided to continue with walk through of my home. i recently had small bathroom remodel which took 10 weeks. many people in & out of my home. naturally my home was dirty w/white dust. important to note i have 2 large dogs & am very conscious of keeping a clean home. but even i was unable to do so. this man questioned & touched every area of my home. i almost felt violated. he was taking notes & commenting time is $$. i am not an idiot, but he was way out of line on so many areas of cleaning. i have been cleaning my entire life & his level of detail was way over the top! when we reached my master bedroom this was the final straw. i showed him a small perfume tray on my bureau & he told me it would cost more $$ to remove 3 small bottles to dust the tray....that is when i kindly asked the man to leave my home immediately! he understood this was not the right company for me.

The service is great and the employees are really nice as well as professional.

I was looking for a home cleaning service that I could depend on to provide well-trained, trustworthy workers that speak English, and cleaning that would provide me with a healthy, safe, clean and green environment. The owner came to my house to explain in detail how his service differs from all the others, also toured each room with me asking specifically what I would want included in the weekly cleaning, also if other things needed to be done bi-weekly or monthly. He also made very helpful suggestions. He also explained how the workers are very carefully screened, as well as how effective the products are that are used (complete with demonstration!). When I come home after a long day of work on the day Fresh Tech Maid Services have cleaned my house, I come home to a perfectly cleaned house, no chemical odors, and I know surfaces are healthy and germ free. I cannot recommend this service highly enough! I do not think there is another company available that provides the exceptional service and quality provided by Fresh Tech Home Services.

I've been using Fresh tech for about a year. Initially, they came and did a deep cleaning the first time, which I honestly didn't think was great. The owner came by himself to discuss my concerns. He agreed and offered to reclean for free. The response was amazing, and we've been very pleased ever since.

We have been using Fresh Tech Maids for several months and have overall been very happy with their work. We had tried other cleaners who operated independently or who were cheaper, but were unhappy with the results....either things got broken and there was no recourse or the cleaning job itself was just less than satisfactory. These guys are expensive, but they do know what they're doing and consistently do a great job. I actually like that they don't use tons of cleaning products and that the deionized water method is their preferred method. From what research I've done, I think that it's legitimate for cleaning and I also saw the bakery guy at Whole Foods using a deionized water cleaner to clean up the food area there, which helped make me feel better about no chemicals. The initial consultation with Wells, the owner, is a bit over the top and kind of obnoxious, but once you get past that and start your regular cleanings. it's really pleasant to come home to a sparkling home. I do wish that they would give a set price for the deep clean and not do it by the hour. As much as I liked the woman who did our deep clean, she was really slow and I felt like we got charged a lot more than we should've b/c of this. I've been around several house cleaners (my family had one while growing up and I had one in another city who was fabulous) and have seen how fast they typically move and she was definitely slow, although very thorough. I tried to mention this, but there was no price reduction. ********12/30/13 I am updating my review; I had been really happy with Fresh Tech while we had a particular cleaner for a year since she was great and I always felt like we got our money's worth. However, she left, and then we got a new person, who did a great job, but just was very slow and apparently didn't get everything done in the time they allotted. She left after the allotted time, even though the job wasn't done (and this was right before Thanksgiving, when I had counted on the cleaning service to help get the place ready for my in-laws who were headed to town!). I was so upset and stressed since I didn't have time to be cleaning that I contacted FT right away and they apologized and had the cleaner come back and finish the job the next day while I was at work. I appreciated that she came back and finished the job, but I was shocked to discover that they then charged me an additional hour for this. They claimed that it took the technician longer than normal since we had not had them clean for a month (we were working on some projects and also wanted to be home the first time someone new came). However, we had had the place professionally cleaned two weeks beforehand and had also been keeping up with the cleaning ourselves, so it wasn't any dirtier/messier than when the original technician used to come and get the job done. The new technician claimed there was some "mold build-up" in the sink that took a long time to clean....in actuality, I had made a smoothie that morning and then cleaned the blender in the sink. She was seeing dried smoothie, not mold, that shouldn't have taken more than an extra minute potentially to clean. They did mention before her visit that she might take longer and might have to charge me more for the visit, which I understood and agreed to, thinking that that meant the job would still all be done in one visit. However, they clearly just seized an opportunity to charge more money (b/c I'd gone longer without their cleanings) and didn't tell me they were doing it. I had thought that since the technician had left before the job was done and I had to complain about it, that the return visit was part of the agreed upon price. However, it was only when I looked at my credit card statement a couple of weeks later that I found out they did, in fact, charge us for the return visit. It's very unprofessional to not tell someone you're charging them, especially when you are correcting something that should've never happened in the first place. We've since switched to a company that's much more affordable purely for financial reasons, but now I'm even more glad we switched b/c I'm not going to deal with a company that doesn't know how to be professional and forthcoming. Also, they bug their clients a couple of times a year for Angie's List reviews, which I also find very unprofessional and annoying. I had originally written them one review, then less than 6 months later they were bugging me for another one. Seriously? So keep that in mind when you are looking at all the A reviews.

The experience has gone extremely well overall. The company puts together a priority list, which reflects your priorities and the technicians follow this as they clean. I work at home, so I always go over this with them (at least the first few times) and let them know if there if there is any small thing I would like done differently from last time. The technicians I've had are always great and flexible! They do particularly well with my dog Patrick, who wants their attention and can bark a lot to get it (which can be a royal pain). Rosemary is better at dealing with that than I am! The company has called me for feedback several times, which I have provided. I tend to look for trends, not tiny things (of which there were almost none anyway). I discovered that my feedback does matter. Changes happened, even if minor ones. In addition, the technician finds out about it (both praise and "improvement opportunities" - my quotes, there) and receives a score. In many ways, this is how business runs - it also makes me realize that the company does care about its customers' satisfaction and I should take my comments seriously. Wells Ye, the owner, is business-minded (which I believe is a very good thing) and asks a lot of his technicians. But he has great people and has programs where they can learn and, as they do so, start to earn more money. Having used other cleaning agencies before, I would strongly recommend this one over those.

The beginning was impressive. The owner makes a very thorough case for his business model. They are easy to schedule with and the staff is punctual and professional. It is the actual vacuums and products, or lack thereof, that made me unsatisfied. When I called several times to address my concerns, I was brushed off. When I actually cancelled service, I was told, "You'll be back!" Um, no I won't.
