EcoChamp Windows and Siding

This was phase 2 of 3 of my window and door project. I installed another patio door and 2 bathroom windows with privacy glass. Gus had his team replace all the rotted wood and add new aluminum capping on the exterior. The products came in earlier than expected and they were able to install everything well ahead of schedule. Again, I am so pleased my neighbor referred Lifetime to me as Gus was unbelievable to work with.

The glass door in our bedroom was leaking and needed to be replaced. We chose a three panel sliding door with a grid. The size needed was larger than standard and needed to be custom made. When the door finally arrived, there was some warping and Gus immediately had it returned and a new one was made. Although the process took much longer than expected, we really appreciate the high standard of quality and are very happy with our door.

Gus and Lifetime Windows were amazing to work with. Gus was very prompt and professional, and gave me suggestions of ways to save money on my purchase. His workers were very professional and cleaned up everything after the installation. The windows are absolutely gorgeous and improve the look of my house tremendously. Gus was very patient with me as I changed my mind a couple of times on colors, and understood that this was a big purchase and made the process very easy for me. He was very trustworthy, responsive and wonderful to work with. I would absolutely recommend them!

We had the greatest experience with Gus and Lifetime Windows. Everything from start to finish was buttoned up, professional and incredibly thorough. I'm an interior designer, so I pay attention to the details and they didn't miss a single one. The communication from Gus was top notch and he let us know what was happening every step of the way. We received two other quotes when we were looking for our windows and Lifetime Windows Siding and Doors blew everyone out of the water in terms of service and options. We will be calling them when we are ready to replace the other windows in our home!

I decided on using Gus at Lifetime Windows because they use and install ProVia doors which I know to be of a very high quality and Gus' company had a high rating on Angie's List. Gus came out soon after I reached out to provide a proposal which he was helpful and patient with helping me through the selection (window glazing for sidelight, locking mechanism, hardware, etc) and his prices were very competitive. We exchanged several emails over the course of a month or so to finalize the design and finish. His installers are great (3 workmen that all know and work for Gus) and were very knowledgeable and professional. Gus even came out to my house during the install to check on the progress. After the install, there was an issue with the doorbell wiring and I asked them to come back and re-do the wiring and Gus was very understanding and was happy to come back and take care of it without charge or delay. Overall, I'm very satisfied and have recommended them to my neighbors. Thanks, Gus!

Lifetime Window was awesome from beginning to end. Gus, the owner, was the consultant who came out for the estimate and gathered his information quickly with respect to our family’s time. We had the proposal within 12 hours and a price that blew the competition away. We had Sears, Pella & Next Door and Window our for estimates and they were all considerably more than Lifetime. The two gentlemen that did the work were quick, effective and very courteous. We are very satisfied we chose Lifetime and I have referred them to our In-laws and cousin who is a realtor. Do yourself a HUGE favor and have Lifetime give you an estimate if your replacing your Windows and Doors.

Gus was awesome! He did a great job. I decided to do triple pane windows to eliminate some street noise (busy neighborhood in Chicago) and it was really made a substantial difference

His team was excellent and they did not cut corners. Everything came out beautiful and Gus's expertise and creativity really made the house stand out just by doing a few of his suggestions. Gus basically rebuilt our home. We are pleased we went with Lifetime because Gus worked with us with the price so we could stay within our budget. Other company's reduced the price, but also reduced the quality. I have since referred Lifetime 4 times to family and friends and everyone is happy.
