Paul Perkins came in person to inspect and measure our roof. It made me feel good that he actually inspected and measured the roof not from the ground like some of the other contractors but on the roof. His quote was lower than I had expected but I chose Perkins because of his personal contact and years of experience. His crew was very prompt and professional completing the job in just over 1 day and the cleanup left no sign of debris when they left. The quality of the shingles and other material Paul uses is top of the line and the job looks great. RGB

put roofing over rotten wood very rude would not recommend for any job not even a dog house very rude said i had a mailorder bride and to take me to court because i won't pay the balance until job is done to my satifaction tihs job has been going on since 6/15/2011 job is not done sideing falling off and there is still no seamless gutters and oversized downs

He talked me into doing the job right before an impending snow storm telling me he could do the entire job in one day but he couldn't.He then had to tarp the roof and put my tv antenna back.The antenna was put back incorrectly and blew off during the storm and was damaged.After they finished the roof, they put the damaged antenna back and he promised to pay for a new one.He never paid for it. The antenna again blew off the roof (I found out they put it up with just roofing nails).I had it replaced and have tried to call him back but he doesn't return my calls

We found the advice and suggestions Paul Perkins offered to be exactly what worked well. His crew arrived when he said it would, the job was completed when promised, and they are perfectionists. I would highly recommend Perkins Quality Exteriors for any concrete job. In fact, we felt so good about the experience, we will talk to Paul about future roofing and siding work.

When he came to collect his money, we talked about additional work. He said he would be back to give me an estimate on the work, haven't heard from him. I didn recommend them to my neighbor.

Paul Perkins gave a good estimate with a fair price. I was please with the work ethics of not only Paul Perkins but also all the workers who worked on my roof. They completed it on time and cleaned up everything. It was a very windy day when they replaced the roof and things flew around but everything was picked up and removed from my property. I would hire them again.

Project is complete without flaw and exactly as quoted. We are very, very pleased. The new roof and siding look beautiful. Perkins did everything they promised and everything we asked. We would recommend them to anyone.

late to site...didn't call. will not respond to calls regarding unresolved project issues, which he promised that he would take care of. the repair project that he was contracted to do is still problematic and unresolved

Paul Perkins was a friendly person and was willing to fit my schedule for appointments. The work was done quickly and the shingles on the repair were matched almost identically to the old shingles. The crew did an awesome job of cleaning up. The estimate was competetive and the required extras were very low cost. Overall the work was great.

Other than not getting the quote to us in the timeframe he stated we are very happy with the quality of the work and the pricing. We would use them for any future projects.
