Great service, great communication, and a clean house!

They did a very nice job at my house. The people that were sent, it was evident that they took pride in their work and wanted to do a good job. I really liked that it was a flat fee charge and not by the hour. My house took longer than was expected, but they took the needed time and I paid only what I was quoted. They even did a few extra things that I didn't expect - it made my day! I had an issue with my bill (higher than quoted), I let them know and it was correct right away, with their apology. I will use this service again and would recommend it.

Although I have not seen the actual work performed, our not-for-profit is thrilled by the responsiveness and genuine caring demonstrated by Complete Touch Cleaning Services. The families they serve have been thrilled with the service.

clean and thorough

We have tried other cleaning services and had some bad experiences. We saw the recommendations and decided to give Complete Touch a try. We were pleasantly surprised. Maria did an amazing job! Our townhome is spotless and she paid attention to every detail! We will definitely hire Complete Touch and Maria for all of our cleaning needs.

Excellent service. The 2 girls spend 3 hours every other week and get every thing clean. My wife thinks they are great.

The maid showed up on time and did a great job cleaning. There were still some cobwebs afterward, but they are going to make sure that will be done from now on. Everyone is very nice, and efficient!

The booking of the appointment seemed very disorganized. Also, the person coming to clean the house got lost on the day of the appointment and did not call the home office or myself, but instead went home. I had to call the office after no one had shown up 1 hour after the agreed upon time, and the manager of the agency seemed very "put out" that she had to call the cleaning person and tell them to go back. However, once someone did arrive at my house to clean, they did a good job! Very thorough.

Cindy, the owner, was very easy to deal with. I liked her immediately, and felt very comfortable with her.This was my first cleaning with this service. I wasn't able to be home to meet the person who did the cleaning, so I was so happy that they met my expectations when I arrived home! The house smelled wonderful! The floors have always been my "sore point" with other services, because they never looked like they'd even been touched. This time, the floors were shining! The whole house was done absolutely to my satisfaction, and I just hope that every time will be as terrific as the first time! I would absolutely recommend Complete Touch
