house cleaning
 + -1 moreI bought a Living Social deal for 2 hours of housecleaning from Buzzie Bee. I have called 3-4 times to try and set up an appointment. The outgoing message says they return calls only on Fridays (no doubt due to the amount of work the LS deal has brought). I have no problem with this -- except that many Fridays have past and I have not received a return call. I called on a Monday; several Fridays passed. I called on a Friday; several more Fridays passed. This is terrible customer service! At the very least, they should call back and give an estimate for how far out they are for appointments. I wouldn't mind if they said, "sorry, we can't get to you until January." At least then I would know that they value my business. I called Living Social and got my money back.
