It was a disaster! Was quoted 4 hours. He was in and out of my house for 10 hours, flooded my kitchen, used an old orange extension cord from his truck to connect to the power, and after all of that, the dishwasher fell out of the cabinet because it was not attached to anything. The microwave never even got touched! We paid him for the parts and some of his time, but I refused to pay what he quoted me in the beginning.
