Andrew'S Quality Paint

Andrew Pollnow took over when another company was unable to perform the work. He told me that he would complete the work as described by the initial painter, including prep all surfaces, which includes sanded and priming, and then follow up with final paint application. Andrew took several days to get started, and the weather was a factor. I repeatly asked him to prep, and prime areas that I noticed had not been properly prepped. Less than a year later, the paint began peeling, in the exact places it was before, mostly in the areas where I had specifically asked him to make sure the areas were adaquately prepped. I called his phone number and left a message and no one got back to me. I sent him a letter and no one got back to me. At this point, all the surfaces that were painted will have to be redone.
