These guys rock! The owner, Mark, came out with his tech, Cecil. They talked me through the process, clearly explained my options, and gave me a realistic timeline. Within a few days, the problem was remediated - on time and on budget. I will definitely use them again.

We went to our cabin in Valley County to prepare for a family gathering we would be hosting in two weeks. When we arrived, we found floor in the kitchen was buckled due to a water leak that we could not initially identify. Because I have had issues with local contractors in the past, I wanted to work with a contractor from the Boise Valley. My brother recommended I contact Brandon at Ultra Clean who had repaired water damage at his home and he was pleased with the job they did. Brandon quickly dispatched his crew to remove the damaged flooring and thoroughly dry the subfloor. They were able to trace the source of the leak to a faulty valve on the dishwasher. Because the original flooring could not be matched, they recommended replacing the entire floor in the kitchen, dining and living area. They worked directly with our insurance company to expedite our claim and coordinated with the flooring contractor to get the job completed before our family arrived. We are very pleased with the job they did and highly recommend the Ultra Clean Disaster Response Team.

Very well under the circumstances! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They removed all the water (the job started at about 9pm), left fans running for a week, and checked on us periodically. They left us confident that no permanent damage was caused by the leakage and we were 100% dry. They were extremely reassuring in a very stressful situation!
