NORTHWEST DATA RECOVERY

My husband dropped my computer's external hard drive. I took the damaged drive to a popular repair center in Boise. They examined it and let me know that it was beyond their capabilities to recover my data from that drive. They explained that it needed to be taken apart in a professional clean room and rebuilt. I researched several companies online and was tempted to send it to a company that does a million of these a year, just to be sure that I got my data back, but chose a local company instead. Wayne was able to not only recover my files, but the whole file structure as well (file names, folder names, keywords, etc.). This was extremely important to me as I had over 70,000 photos on that drive! I was glad that I had chosen a local company because in additon to supporting the local economy, which is important to me, I appreciated the phone call updates and more personal attention than I would have received with a mail your drive in - get a new one back in the mail in 2 weeks- type of service. The price included a new 2TB external hard drive as well.
