home inspection
+ -1 moreHis quote was $338 which was less than others. I asked if that included a reinspection, I never got anything back about that. He told me he was not bonded, licensed, or insured. He should have known a permit was required for a mechanical inspection but he told me it wasn't. I decided not to call him back because of that.
Description of Work: They told me they were not required to do a mechanical inspection.
